It is also very close to the best beaches in Manatí such as La Esperanza, La Cueva de las Golondrinas, La Poza de las Mujeres, Playa Mar Chiquita, Playa Los Tubos and El Balneario de Vega Baja (Puerto Nuevo/Mar Bella)

Departure: Departure is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.
The entire property is accessible to the guests, including a backyard with a pool and private parking for up to 3 vehicles.

The best beaches in the area are Puerto Nuevo in Vega Baja and Mar Chiquita in Manati (only 5 minutes away from the home!) Both are beautiful!!!

The house has games and my kids and I did a game night and also BBQ outside. the back is beautiful and very relaxing. The house has central air. The house has chair for the beach.

June 2025The backyard of the Villa Relax property was outstanding. They have beautiful and extensive hardscape with a variety of tile in different locations. There are a nice variety of seating options. The amenities are as described. It is a very comfortable place to hang out. The inside of the house was clean, the beds comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The bathrooms were supplied with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner, and ample supply of towels. It is a unique property as the topography requires an inclined driveway and only usable access is through the garage. All windows are either frosted or covered with opaque louvers that need to be shut for the air conditioning, a bit confining. The only access to back yard is through 4th bedroom in garage. 1 star reduction for no remotes to open the gate and garage, leading to a somewhat cumbersome and dangerous situation. The car does not clear PR-604, when you get out to enter gate code,then walk up inclined drive for garage code.

May 2025we had a wonderful time at Porfirio`s place - beautiful spotless clean near supermarket gas restaurants and especially the beautiful beaches of manatí Mar Chiquita Pozo de las mujeres and the natural pools(piscinas naturales) the hike was amazing the backyard space was just perfect for hanging out together the outside shower and bathroom a plus comfortable beds great linen washer dryer we couldn't ask for more even had some pool and beach stuff to borrow and use while we stayed there even a cooler just amazing can't wait to go back

May 2025My family and I stood here for my birthday vacation. The home looked exactly like the pictures. The host responded quickly and was proactive with any questions or requests that I had. If you stay here follow the directions that the hosts gives!! We tried to do a “short cut” and it was terrible! The directions given were super helpful! The only thing I would have liked is a TV in the room and a full body mirror. Also, if you are traveling during raining season it’s a little difficult to get up the driveway when it’s wet. Just be careful when doing so. My family and I are looking forward to visiting again :)

April 2025The house was great! It came with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! Beach chairs, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Great backyard and Ac units in every room! Close to a supermarket and plenty of beautiful beaches. Manatí is in the center of most things , so places were not a far drive to get to. 10/10 would stay here again!

March 2025We had a great 5 day stay at this beautiful home, you will love your location, privacy and accuracy of how the house is posted on air bnb. We felt the only problems might have been the hot water, after the first day we messaged the air bnb host that we were not getting hot water and he was advising us that these systems rarely break, which even if true we dealt with these complications every night. He did show up after the first day but do not think he solved this issue. The only way to get the hot water activated was to turn the sink on, it was a bit weird. Additionally we advise you check all the board games you have there as many pieces are missing. Aside from these 2 complaints , a phenomenal stay and very accurate posting on AirBnb. January 2025The place is very clean and exactly as described. The interior of the house is very comfortable, its has air conditioning in every area. The bathrooms are very beautiful and modern. The best part of the house is the pool area. There is a picnic table, sofas, chairs, hammock, BBQ, pool with inside chairs, outside bathroom and a small refrigerator. You can spend all day outside. I highly recommend this property.

April 2024House was secure. Very clean. Comfortable. It was as pictured and described. The hot water in showers was a little tricky. The small pool was great for kids and for relaxing. Caution: All floors are tile and very slippery when wet. I slept in the first bedroom on right and had lots of traffic, pigeon and frog noises. Wildlife sounds were nice but could be irritating at times. All other bedrooms slept quieter. We enjoyed the house and have no real complaints. Easy check in with clear instructions.

April 2024The space itself was very nice and clean. The pool is a great addition that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The surrounding area is a bit of a trip to get to with very thin roads. Porfolio did give helpful guidance for getting there though. Altogether the house itself was a great place to stay and we enjoyed out time.
