The property enjoys a prime location within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, cafés, and essential amenities, allowing guests to enjoy both convenience and privacy. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal, fine dining, or a leisurely stroll through the area, everything you need is just moments away.

In addition, the apartment is just a short distance from pristine beaches, the marina, world-class golf courses, and a wide range of recreational activities. This ideal location offers the perfect balance of relaxation, accessibility, and luxury, ensuring a comfortable and unforgettable stay in Cap Cana.

House rules

Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 AM. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest will pay $100 for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/parties in the house: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the property.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette and/or cannabis smoke inside the property carries a $50 penalty fee.

Bed linens/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels should not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on bed or furniture with wet clothing.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary towels down the toilet. Please use the trash can instead. Emergency unclogging of the toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damages: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

Parking: Park in the designated parking space.

Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be given for the situation. Also, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation in the pool as there is no lifeguard service.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, with the exception of one room that is securely locked and designated for storage.

In addition, guests will have access to a shared pool area with neighboring units. While the pool is shared, each unit has its own designated section, ensuring privacy and a comfortable experience without overlap with other guests.

We communicate with guests through the booking platform messaging system, ensuring quick and reliable support. Our team is available before and during your stay to assist with any questions, recommendations, or needs.

The place was clean walkable to restaurants and the dip pool was very nice to have. We did use the kitchen much but there were plenty of towels both beach and bath to use- the host was so workable as we had to reschedule our original dates due to TSA Gov shut down- they worked with us to find later dates and this was a blessing ! A few things- the master bedroom is not available which is not a problem but did take away from the ambiance of the place- the bathroom in the guest room was quite small as well as the closet. My husband is 6'3 so space is an issue for us- the shower is small and water got everywhere on the floor when we took showers- likely needs to be resealed- and lastly the bed was VERY uncomfortable! Pillows were flat-Investing in a good mattress is key- many people come to vacation to catch up on resting-we were tossing every night- but overall great place!

Great place to stay!! We rented a car which gave us a lot of flexibility. The restaurants are abundant in the Marina area. The pool was clean and perfect after being in the sun all day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent and very comfortable, and the host was friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. We loved being able to walk to many local restaurants, all within a short distance, and the food options nearby were great. We took a fishing trip one day and had a fantastic time, which made the stay even more memorable. The nearby pool was clean and relaxing, and having a bar close by was a nice bonus. We also rented a golf cart from a local company, and they were great to work with—delivery was exactly as promised, and we were able to drive all over the resort and visit the different amenities with ease. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily come back and highly recommend it to others.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön und sehr geräumig, mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool ist ein großes Plus, und auch die gut ausgestattete Küche sowie das TV-Angebot mit internationalen Sendern haben uns gefallen. Ein Ort zum Entspannen – wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt klar empfehlen.

A lovely apartment with great marina view and a swim out shared pool. Furnishings and bedding were very comfortable and technology worked well both for internet and TV. Stocked kitchen was helpful and we enjoyed the easy access around the resort. Definitely among our preferred units in Cap Cana! We shall return!

It’s close to some great restaurants, including a super cute breakfast spot called Granier with amazing food, friendly staff, and the nicest owner. We had a wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were amazing—always quick to answer all my questions, which made everything so easy. The air conditioning was a lifesaver—my husband can’t sleep if it’s warm (we keep our house at 64°F year-round), and the AC here was perfect. The home itself was immaculate—spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, and the pool was such a treat. Honestly, everything about this place was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The property is overly stocked, much more spacious in person, and has an incredible patio overlooking the marina. The location is peaceful, beautiful, safe, easy to get to, not far from the airport, and close to tons of resorts, restaurants, beaches, and more! We had the perfect stay in Cap Cana! I would highly recommend this stay. Cap Cana is the pristine area of Punta Cana!

We had an unforgettable stay in Cap Cana for our 2nd anniversary! The view from the apartment was truly stunning—absolutely beautiful both day and night. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with mesmerizing lights after dark and the gentle sound of relaxing music drifting over from nearby restaurants. The outdoor space was a highlight for us. We spent most of our time outside, lounging by the refreshing pool, taking naps, and just soaking in the serene surroundings. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Getting around Cap Cana was a breeze with a golf cart, and we loved exploring the idyllic beach and sampling delicious food at the local restaurants. Our host was fantastic—very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The place was stunning, peaceful and the view was unbeatable…the pool, watching the boats and sunsets were my favorite. This unit is very spacious, well equipped kitchen, 2 full length mirrors (lot of Airbnb’s miss the mark on this), shower water was hot + had great water pressure, it was sparking clean (including the pool), outdoor area was great…lots of space & seating, the unit smelled great, nice bed linens, appreciated all the extra towels & wash cloths. Instructions to the unit were on point (instructional video was perfect), communication was great & very responsive, flexible check-in (host was able to accommodate an early check In) walkable restaurants, Blue Mall 10 min away, grocery store 10 min away, beach 10 min away (Juanillo Beach). I was traveling solo and felt very safe, I rented a car… parking was not an issue. They’ve really thought of everything, including the patio bug zapper (for the pesky mosquitos) & Qtips. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Swimmingpool direkt auf der Terrasse, von dem aus man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Yachthafen geniessen kann – ein echtes Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Apartment ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten, bietet viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen und war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber. Ein weiteres Plus war die aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Küche – mit einer Vielzahl an Kochutensilien, die man sonst selten in Ferienwohnungen findet. Für alle, die gerne selbst kochen, ist das ein echtes Paradies. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und extrem reaktionsschnell, was den gesamten Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen – eine klare Empfehlung!

first time to DR. Cap Cana is an exclusive, gated community immediately south of Punta Cana. the area immediately around the unit is beautiful and has some amazing restaurants. the unit itself is well stocked, the patio/private pool area is awesome, and the daily view is unbeatable. highly recommend this unit. worth the price.

As per previous reviews - this place EXCEEDS expectations! Apartment is beautiful - the view is spectacular. The restaurants in walking distance are DELICIOUS - Barbudo, Dolce Italia, Drago Grill...have a morning coffee or an evening cocktail at Hotel Casa Don Luis. Ask front desk of Sports Illustrated to help book taxi to beach and airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My husband & I had our honeymoon here. Porfirio's condo is exactly as described! We felt very comfortable in the condo. I had to mirror my phone to TV to watch the TV because I don't have a Netflix account. I also had to put a VPN on my phone to watch the streaming channels on my phone. I only put this in the review to help others. The area was private, which is exactly what we were hoping for! The restaurants were great in the area! I would stay at Porfirio's place again.

We loved the place and the swim out pool overlooking the marina! There were restaurants we enjoyed that were only a few minutes walk away. The area is very secure, and people were very friendly. Hosts were very responsive, and even accommodated a late check out. I feel like that never happens! We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was a delightful surprise upon arrival. The condominium was spacious, cozy, and stylishly appointed, aligning with our preferences and amenities needed . When opening up the back blinds, the area was mesmerizing! You can’t get a better view , it was absolutely beautiful watching the sun come up and go down, and very scenic to watch much more! Our swim out pool was very deep to do lap swimming and bought goggles! (*the left side was vacant so that helped do us do laps ). The swim-out water was a great temperature as I was worried it would be too cold, but it was perfect. Gym- use the SI gym located a minute away where the restaurant area is off boardwalk. You go into Sports Illustrated lobby and either pay $10 US daily pass or $40 US for a week pass. The resort can even offer free beach transport-ask. Porforio communications were impeccable. He was quick to respond and did it his best to accommodate requested help. Again- this place was a dream stay for us
