Conveniently located close to everything, you’ll have easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions—making it simple to plan and enjoy your stay.
The property is a home divided into two separate living spaces. This listing is for Apartment 1, which includes three bedrooms and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Each unit has its own private space to ensure a pleasant and independent experience.
Located in the Florida neighborhood of Vieques, this property offers a central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the island and reach some of Vieques’ most beautiful beaches within minutes.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the property.
Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
Guests will have full and private access to Apartment 1, including all 3 bedrooms, kitchen, kayaks, hammock, and all included amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We communicate with guests through the booking platform messaging system, ensuring quick and reliable support. Our team is available before and during your stay to assist with any questions, recommendations, or needs.

February 2026Porfirio gave really clear directions on how to get to the rental, including photos, which was really helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable and good sized. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, with a bonus of Brita filtered water in the fridge. We chose this spot for the kayaks, but didn't end up using them. It's a great place to come back to after long beach days, and was plenty of space for my small family. For larger groups that like to spend time in the common areas, it may not be enough space. We had a minor issue early on with shower water not getting hot, and Porfirio was promptly responsive. The reason for 4 stars is that it felt like it needed a good mopping & deep-cleaning in the common areas. It definitely felt like a rental space, with marks on the walls and some window shades that were broken. All in all, it was a fine space and a good value for the money.

February 2026This property would work great for a group of young friends who only need an inexpensive place to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, the TV worked well, and the bedroom AC units cooled effectively. The home is well stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, and plenty of towels. Cleanliness was good in the bedrooms and bathroom, but the kitchen could use a good deep cleaning. Safety wise, I felt ok in the area but would have felt better if the deadbolt on the front door actually worked (not just the knob lock) and the driveway gate locked. It’s obvious the host has put a lot of effort into setting up this Airbnb, just needs a good deep cleaning and new cookware in the kitchen, plus a working oven as advertised.

January 2026We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Beach House! It felt more private than similar options on Airbnb and it was nice having a driveway to park in. I slept well, but my sister who slept in the bedroom in the middle of the duplex said she could hear people on the other side a lot. We didn't use the kayaks, but it was cool that they were available. The water in the shower took awhile to get hot and doesn't last forever, but I understand that that is the case most places on Vieques. I would recommend this place to others!

January 2026Very responsive host & interesting surroundings. On last day saw a horse and many iquanas in the yard! One was eaten by a dog as it got stuck in the fence. House was ok, somewhat noisy surroundings, fireworks from neighbors at new years. In need of a ice cube tray in the fridge.

December 2025Great trip to vieques! Porfirios place was good sized for five and comfortable. Easy to get around by car to any spot on the island, small corner store walking distance. Slight hiccup with the tv and lights in the bedroom were not addressed during our stay but we enjoyed our screen-free time on the gorgeous island.

Our son loved the hammock tied between the two rooms. We also loved the location as it was situated almost at the center of the island.

August 2025Loved our stay! Our group of 6 was able to easily settle in. We were able to rent a car and it was nice to have driveway parking. Definitely recommend renting a car or golf cart to get around from this home. We were able to walk around to the nearby food truck spot, with some yummy paletas along the way! Shout out to Fres K Paletas, delicious!! Loved enjoying all the horses around the neighborhood, and the chickens. They also provided a lot of board games and the living room was cozy.

July 2025This Airbnb in vieques was beautiful and spacious. The check in was flawless everything needed was already on the app. The airbnb was clean and included simple things needed for everyday vacation stay. The only thing I didn’t favor was the advertising of working stove and oven but the oven was not working when we arrived. We were not made aware of this ahead of time. I had plans to bake and cook in the oven which did not happen.The host did provide a solution to the issue. Other than the one issue the stay was amazing and I wish it could have been longer.

May 2025We had a great stay in this Airbnb, when we arrived everything was clean, the AV was on ( which we appretiated because it was hot in vieques ). The host was in constant communication with us and was always friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the house has everything you will need for a fun day at the beach. the kitchen was clean, and the fridge was spacious enough to fit groceries for 6 people for 4 full days. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is close to everything in town, I would recommend renting a vehicle as walking to the beach could be a but far, but the locatiom is still close to most of the shops you will need. I would recommend this Airbnb, and will be coming back in the near future.

March 2025We came to Vieques overnight on a family vacation. The island is beautiful, truly magnificent . The home is spacious, clean and with everything you need. You will NEED a vehicle. Definitely get a rental or reserve a taxi (741 taxi was awesome) ahead of time during busy season. All taxis are locals and there is no UBER on the island. There is a small market by the house that closes at 5. We loved our stay and will be back!

I recommend renting a car rather than a golf cart because it takes a while to get to either Isabela or Esperanza and the most popular beaches. Cars go fast on the roads and drivers get impatient. We didn't feel very safe in our golf cart sometimes.

January 2025What a fantastic house, it had so many extras like a cool box for the beach, beach chairs, a volleyball (not the sort of thing we would bring on a trip like this but very much appreciated when we found it!). There was a packet of coffee and a percolator, so I was very happy! The fridge is huge and the kitchen is easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable, with air con in each bedroom, which was really nice. The neighbourhood was friendly, within walking distance from the nearest beach (a really nice beach, well worth a visit). The neighbour is a really good guy who has a taxi and is super accommodating, we were so happy to meet him and he helped us out so much. Make sure you book a car though because you'll regret not having one. Book well in advance, like the moment you decide to come to Vieques! Do not miss the bioluminescent bay, it is amazing!!!
