The property is a home divided into two living spaces. The apartment included in this listing is Apartment 2 complete with two bedrooms.
Salida: la salida es a, o antes de, las 11: 00 a. m. Asegúrate de apagar las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier dispositivo electrónico cuando salgas de la propiedad. Además, cierra las ventanas y las puertas con llave y devuelve las llaves. El huésped deberá pagar por las llaves perdidas o no devueltas.
No invitados adicionales/fiestas en la casa: Los huéspedes aceptan que las instalaciones no serán ocupadas por más personas del número indicado en la reservación. En caso de romper esta regla, se verá obligado a desalojar el inmueble inmediatamente sin derecho a reembolso.

Baño: No tires toallas de papel, tampones ni toallas sanitarias al inodoro. Utiliza el contenedor de basura en su lugar. Destapar el inodoro de emergencia tendrá un cargo adicional.
Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.
Parking: Estacione en el espacio de estacionamiento designado.
Power Outages: En caso de que el huésped experimente interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico que estén fuera de nuestro control durante la estancia, no se realizará ningún reembolso por la situación. Asimismo, si el servicio wifi se interrumpe por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad.
Guests will have full access to Apartment 2, including the 2 bedrooms, kitchen, kayaks etc.

Everything was in order so do yourself a favor and if you're looking to book this place, I recommend it 100%. Porfirio had helped me when I had questions and answered. October 2025Porfirio was a great host. He supplied recommendations for everything we were looking for. The home has a lot of thoughtful touches also. Two folding chairs, beach towels, snorkels, beach toys and a cooler were also provided, in addition to the kayaks and inflatable roof racks. Microwave popcorn, an air fryer, salt and pepper, a filtered water pitcher and other little touches were so nice. The home was also well decorated and clean. I saw other reviews about the roosters and they are no joke, so I came prepared with eat plugs. But this is part of the island experience! At first I wasn't sure that I loved the location as it's a little ways from the beach, but it ended up being nice. There's a little store on the corner, restaurants within quick driving distance and everything was about a 10 minute drive away. And not being in the city meant it was quiet. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it. The house was beautiful.

La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de playas, restaurantes y atracciones locales, pero a la vez tranquila y ideal para relajarse. July 2025Great place in Vieques! The first day of our stay we had trouble with the gas tank and Porfirio solved the problem in less than 30 mins. The only thing that needs a little attention is the bathroom, but other than that, place is super clean and equipped. We would stay here again. I loved that it is close to the north and south beaches.

June 2025The place made us feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need (including a water filter), and the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. But for us, the best perk was that it was very centric. It takes 10-15 minutes to go to get to the main attractions in Vieques. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

May 2025generally good. They offer sand chairs and towels, which are really good. However, there are some places not clean. And we cannot use the dryer machine this time as there are some quilt covers and towels in it.

February 2025We loved the space, it was very clean, and it was nice to have a laundry. The kayaks were awesome! There is an abandoned house next door where the roosters gather. They are right outside the bedroom windows so you are woken up at 3 every morning and they crow all day. It's not the fault of the owner, but it made us all have a terrible night's sleep every night. Other than that we had a great stay.

He went above and beyond to help us purchase ferry tickets after we were unable purchase the return trip on line. He went to the local ferry office and purchased our tickets, and then refused reimbursement. Very unexpected and appreciated . It shows how he cares for his guests.

January 2025We enjoyed Porfirio's place. It's larger than it looks in the pictures and it was very clean, had great amenities, and the hot water in the shower did not run out which was nice for a place with 4 people. The listing is in a quieter neighborhood. I will note that there were roosters that surprisingly kept us up most of the night but that was not anyone's fault. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

January 2025This was a wonderful Airbnb to stay at. I enjoyed having Kayaks, Life vests, beach towels, a cooler, and a washer and dryer(Which was the cherry on top). The place was very clean when arriving. I regret not booking an additional night here.

December 2024Great place to stay! From the extra cooler, chairs, and kayaks to the shampoo and soap! This host thinks of it all when it comes to their guest. His washer/dryer with detergent helped us travel with all clean clothes instead of packing luggage with dirty clothes. Definitely a must book, everything in Vieques is close! I would look up Maritza rentals to get a car which is close to here and they will offer a free shuttle to pick you up! Would recommend to anyone who travels to Vieques!

El lugar está súper limpio y todo tiene un toque nuevo, desde los enseres de cocina hasta los muebles. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, lo que permitió que descansara completamente después de un día trabado en la isla. Además, el alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con dos kayaks, sillas y una nevera para llevar todo lo necesario a la playa, lo que hace las jornadas en la costa aún más especiales. Sin duda, volvería a rentarlo sin pensarlo, ya que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable. ¡Altamente recomendado!
