The property is a home divided into two separate living spaces. This listing is for Apartment 1, which includes two bedrooms and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Each unit has its own private space to ensure a pleasant and independent experience.
Located in the Florida neighborhood of Vieques, this property offers a central and convenient location, making it easy to explore the island and reach some of Vieques’ most beautiful beaches within minutes.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the property.
Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
Guests will have full and private access to Apartment 1, including all 2 bedrooms, kitchen, kayaks, hammock, and all included amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Would stay again. only 1/ things to look for in the reviews : -The doors could use a upgrade. - Some early morning chickens yelling at 4 am but not the Airbnb fault its just the neighborhood.

March 2026This was a beautiful place to stay. It was easy to access, though getting taxis in Vieques more generally may be difficult. Still, the home was incredibly clean and well-tended, and felt like a home. The hosts left us with beach chairs, beach towels, kayaks, and plenty of filtered drinking water. The surrounding area is beautiful and removed from any major town areas, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay.

January 2026We really enjoyed our stay in Vieques. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The location and convenient parking were a big plus. The roosters definitely made themselves known in the mornings, but we quickly learned that’s just part of island life and not the owner’s fault. Overall, a great stay and we’d recommend it to others!

January 2026We had a good stay! What I loved the most was the location, it was just 6 minutes from ferry and 2 minutes from my car rental. So with kids and family last minute packing and checkout was not that stressful due to the location. The only downside I felt was the noisy roosters in the abandoned house next door throughout the night which disturbed our sleep! Well, maybe next time I will carry ear plugs, And yes the bathroom needs some maintenance. I would stay again!

January 2026Recomiendo este alojamiento! Todo coincide tal cual las fotos. Nos dejaron snorkels, paletas de playa, juegos de mesa, sillas, conservadora, hasta inflables para la playa. Todo estaba limpio. La isla no es muy grande y por ende todo está cerca en auto. Porfirio siempre estuvo a disposición y responde muy rápido a todas las consultas.

January 2026Muy Buena comunicación con el host, nos permitió entrar a la propiedad mucho antes de la hora del check in. Buena ubicación, localizado en un lugar tranquilo. La propiedad es cómoda y está limpia. Sumamente fresca, pues cuenta con aire acondicionado. Tiene una cocina equipada, lavadora y secadora, lo cual es excelente para cuando vienes con la familia. Volvería a quedarme en esta propiedad.

December 2025Great property, very clean and has washer and dryer (helped us with beach cloths!). Bathroom needs fixing for hot water shower, not consistent hot water flow. Has a tap outside it was very good for washing foot before coming into house(great value). Very helpful host! Allowed us to checkin at 12.30 with a very short notice , sincerely appreciated. Place is noisy, nota of hens make constant noise after 3am! So couldt sleep well. Thats the only real negative, otherwise 5star property and great host! Thanks

October 2025Porfirio was a great host. He supplied recommendations for everything we were looking for. The home has a lot of thoughtful touches also. Two folding chairs, beach towels, snorkels, beach toys and a cooler were also provided, in addition to the kayaks and inflatable roof racks. Microwave popcorn, an air fryer, salt and pepper, a filtered water pitcher and other little touches were so nice. The home was also well decorated and clean. I saw other reviews about the roosters and they are no joke, so I came prepared with eat plugs. But this is part of the island experience! At first I wasn't sure that I loved the location as it's a little ways from the beach, but it ended up being nice. There's a little store on the corner, restaurants within quick driving distance and everything was about a 10 minute drive away. And not being in the city meant it was quiet. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it. The house was beautiful.

July 2025Great place in Vieques! The first day of our stay we had trouble with the gas tank and Porfirio solved the problem in less than 30 mins. The only thing that needs a little attention is the bathroom, but other than that, place is super clean and equipped. We would stay here again. I loved that it is close to the north and south beaches.

June 2025The place made us feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need (including a water filter), and the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. But for us, the best perk was that it was very centric. It takes 10-15 minutes to go to get to the main attractions in Vieques. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

February 2025We loved the space, it was very clean, and it was nice to have a laundry. The kayaks were awesome! There is an abandoned house next door where the roosters gather. They are right outside the bedroom windows so you are woken up at 3 every morning and they crow all day. It's not the fault of the owner, but it made us all have a terrible night's sleep every night. Other than that we had a great stay.

He went above and beyond to help us purchase ferry tickets after we were unable purchase the return trip on line. He went to the local ferry office and purchased our tickets, and then refused reimbursement. Very unexpected and appreciated . It shows how he cares for his guests.

It's larger than it looks in the pictures and it was very clean, had great amenities, and the hot water in the shower did not run out which was nice for a place with 4 people. The listing is in a quieter neighborhood. I will note that there were roosters that surprisingly kept us up most of the night but that was not anyone's fault. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

December 2024Great place to stay! From the extra cooler, chairs, and kayaks to the shampoo and soap! This host thinks of it all when it comes to their guest. His washer/dryer with detergent helped us travel with all clean clothes instead of packing luggage with dirty clothes. Definitely a must book, everything in Vieques is close! I would look up Maritza rentals to get a car which is close to here and they will offer a free shuttle to pick you up! Would recommend to anyone who travels to Vieques!

La cama es extremadamente cómoda, lo que permitió que descansara completamente después de un día trabado en la isla.
