1 Bathroom Enjoy everything San Juan and Puerto Rico have to offer from this quiet, centrally located accommodation in Miramar (San Juan) on the 25th floor with a spectacular view.
The space is a single room apartment on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building. Complete with a single bathroom, a small kitchen and an amazing view of San Juan. The building is complete with an elevator and entrance that both require security access.
Salida: la salida es a, o antes de, las 11: 00 a. m. Asegúrate de apagar las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier dispositivo electrónico cuando salgas de la propiedad. Además, cierra las ventanas y las puertas con llave y devuelve las llaves. El huésped deberá pagar por las llaves perdidas o no devueltas.
No invitados adicionales/fiestas en la casa: Los huéspedes aceptan que las instalaciones no serán ocupadas por más personas del número indicado en la reservación. En caso de romper esta regla, se verá obligado a desalojar el inmueble inmediatamente sin derecho a reembolso.
Mascotas: No se admiten mascotas en la propiedad.
No fumar: No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad. Dejar olor a humo de cigarro y/o cannabis dentro de la propiedad conlleva un cargo de $50 de penalidad.
Ropa de cama/toallas: Las sábanas y las toallas de baño están incluidas en el alojamiento. Las toallas de baño no deben sacarse del alojamiento. Por favor, no comas en la cama y no se siente en la cama ni los muebles con la ropa mojada.
Baño: No tires toallas de papel, tampones ni toallas sanitarias al inodoro. Utiliza el contenedor de basura en su lugar. Destapar el inodoro de emergencia tendrá un cargo adicional.
Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.
Llaves: La pérdida de llaves incurrirá en los siguientes cargos adicionales:
$75 para las llaves del lobby
$50 para las llaves del ascensor
$25 para las llaves del apartamento
Power Outages: En caso de que el huésped experimente interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico que estén fuera de nuestro control durante la estancia, no se realizará ningún reembolso por la situación. Asimismo, si el servicio wifi se interrumpe por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad
Guests will have access to the Caribbean Sea View Apartments building and elevator with a set of keys being used to access both. Once in the building, guests have full access of the apartment 2501A on the 25th floor.

The set of keys found in the lockbox will give you access to enter the building and use the elevator as well as open the apartment. You must use the keys to operate the elevator to the 25th floor. Please refer to the check-in instructions tab or the video sent to you via messages to find out how to access the keys.

November 2025My girlfriend and I were in Puerto Rico for a few days for a conference and stayed here. It was walkable, spotless, and a conveniently located spot. Porfirio was extremely responsive and provided great local suggestions. Really enjoyed this space and recommend it whole heartedly

November 2025We loved the place, just like in the pictures. Going up the elevator was a trip (minor issues) but once we figured it out it was fine. Apartment was clean, had basic essentials, well equipped for what you might need. Our favorite part was the view from our room. It’s a very short walking distance from T-mobile district and other places. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. We definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again on another trip. Rate 10/10

September 2025Porfirios’s place was beautiful, clean cozy and had an amazing view of San Juan. He provided easy instructions to check in. Everything was so close by, 10mins from La placita and 10min walking distance to Distrito T-Mobile. I definitely would recommend and stay here again!

May 2025Place was nice for a weekend trip. The elevators need maintenance. Be quick to get in/out. Place was near some good brunch spots that were within walking distance! Right next to T-Mobile so you can walk there too, really close to Old San Juan, about a 10 minute uber ride.

April 2025I had a great experience at this airbnb. Host was very responsive and directions were clear. The only issue I had was I wish there were some cleaning supplies or a broom available. We came back from the beach and sand came in with us and it was hard to keep our feet and other things from getting sand on them. There was also construction going on in the building in the mornings that was very loud. Overall the location was close to a lot of things, the host was great, I would absolutely book with this host again.

January 2025My overall stay in PR was amazing, the Airbnb was clean and walkable distance to many things to do in PR. I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t plan on driving far. The only downside of this place was 1. Finding parking, the host told us there was parking available behind the building we parked there on the first day and was told it was for residents only and we needed a key fob, when we reached out to The host he gave us a detailed description of where he meant we should park but that site was under construction and I don’t think he knew that, so we ended looking for street parking every night and sometimes had to walk to go explore. 2. There was construction going on EVERY morning around 6-7am and that noise was brutal you can’t even sleep in. 3. One leg of the bed broke and we reached to the host but no response had to fix it ourselves. It looked like it already had issues cause that side was different from the other 3 Other than that Great place

January 2025This place is perfect if you’re staying in San Juan. We did rent a car but most of the time we walked or Uber(ed) to everything because parking can be a nightmare, especially on the weekends. But the views were great from the apartment and we felt very safe in the area and building! Thanks for being a fantastic host!

January 2025This place was nice to stay and the host is quick responder. One of the issue we had was the elevator took so long and the hallway where the room located is super dark at night. We also had issue with cleaning. We stay there for a week and half and I reached out to the host to see if they can clean the room for us but he told us that we had to pay extra money while the house policy listed that it should be free cleaning during our stay. The host told me that it was misunderstanding after I showed him the prove that it was listed. After all they changed only our bed sheets with no charge. The place is awesome and feels like home. It has walkable restaurants and it’s near the beach.

I would’ve liked to have a mirror in the bedroom area since the lighting in the bathroom is not the best. There’s also no assigned parking for the building and public parking sometimes was full. Overall, amazing place to stay.
