Located on the 25th floor, the space offers breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for relaxing mornings and unforgettable sunsets. With easy access to Old San Juan, Condado, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s the ideal home base to explore Puerto Rico.
This studio apartment is located on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building, offering incredible views of San Juan. The space includes a full bathroom and a small kitchen, ideal for a comfortable stay. The building features elevator access and a secure entry system, providing both convenience and added security for guests.
Located in Miramar, just minutes from Condado, Distrito T-Mobile, and Old San Juan—placing you close to the city’s top attractions.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest will be responsible for paying for repairs in the event of any damage to the property.
Keys: Lost keys will incur the following additional charges:
$75 for lobby keys
$50 for elevator keys
$25 for apartment keys
Guests will have access to the Caribbean Sea View Apartments building and elevator using a provided set of keys. Once inside, they will have full and private access to Apartment 2501A, located on the 25th floor.
We communicate with guests through the booking platform messaging system, ensuring quick and reliable support. Our team is available before and during your stay to assist with any questions, recommendations, or needs.

The only thing that was a tad bit sketchy was the elevator, but everything else was absolutely amazing!! would definitely stay here again! location is by so many things and activities for everyone to do!! December 2025Great place to stag! I came here solo, felt very safe walking around at night. There was so much to do nearby and only a 5-10 minute drive to old San Juan. And the view was AMAZING here, the pictures don’t do it justice!

November 2025We loved the place, just like in the pictures. Going up the elevator was a trip (minor issues) but once we figured it out it was fine. Apartment was clean, had basic essentials, well equipped for what you might need. Our favorite part was the view from our room. It’s a very short walking distance from T-mobile district and other places. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. We definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again on another trip. Rate 10/10

May 2025Place was nice for a weekend trip. The elevators need maintenance. Be quick to get in/out. Place was near some good brunch spots that were within walking distance! Right next to T-Mobile so you can walk there too, really close to Old San Juan, about a 10 minute uber ride.

April 2025I had a great experience at this airbnb. Host was very responsive and directions were clear. The only issue I had was I wish there were some cleaning supplies or a broom available. We came back from the beach and sand came in with us and it was hard to keep our feet and other things from getting sand on them. There was also construction going on in the building in the mornings that was very loud. Overall the location was close to a lot of things, the host was great, I would absolutely book with this host again.

January 2025My overall stay in PR was amazing, the Airbnb was clean and walkable distance to many things to do in PR. I would highly recommend staying here if you don’t plan on driving far. The only downside of this place was 1. Finding parking, the host told us there was parking available behind the building we parked there on the first day and was told it was for residents only and we needed a key fob, when we reached out to The host he gave us a detailed description of where he meant we should park but that site was under construction and I don’t think he knew that, so we ended looking for street parking every night and sometimes had to walk to go explore. 2. There was construction going on EVERY morning around 6-7am and that noise was brutal you can’t even sleep in. 3. One leg of the bed broke and we reached to the host but no response had to fix it ourselves. It looked like it already had issues cause that side was different from the other 3 Other than that Great place

January 2025This place is perfect if you’re staying in San Juan. We did rent a car but most of the time we walked or Uber(ed) to everything because parking can be a nightmare, especially on the weekends. But the views were great from the apartment and we felt very safe in the area and building! Thanks for being a fantastic host!

January 2025This place was nice to stay and the host is quick responder. One of the issue we had was the elevator took so long and the hallway where the room located is super dark at night. We also had issue with cleaning. We stay there for a week and half and I reached out to the host to see if they can clean the room for us but he told us that we had to pay extra money while the house policy listed that it should be free cleaning during our stay. The host told me that it was misunderstanding after I showed him the prove that it was listed. After all they changed only our bed sheets with no charge. The place is awesome and feels like home. It has walkable restaurants and it’s near the beach.

I would’ve liked to have a mirror in the bedroom area since the lighting in the bathroom is not the best. There’s also no assigned parking for the building and public parking sometimes was full.
