Located on the 25th floor, the space offers breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for relaxing mornings and unforgettable sunsets. With easy access to Old San Juan, Condado, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s the ideal home base to explore Puerto Rico.
This studio apartment is located on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building, offering incredible views of San Juan. The space includes a full bathroom and a small kitchen, ideal for a comfortable stay. The building features elevator access and a secure entry system, providing both convenience and added security for guests.
Located in Miramar, just minutes from Condado, Distrito T-Mobile, and Old San Juan—placing you close to the city’s top attractions.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest will be responsible for paying for repairs in the event of any damage to the property.
Keys: Lost keys will incur the following additional charges:
$75 for lobby keys
$50 for elevator keys
$25 for apartment keys
Guests will have access to the Caribbean Sea View Apartments building and elevator using a provided set of keys. Once inside, they will have full and private access to Apartment 2501B, located on the 25th floor.

November 2025This place was great for us since we had a conference at the Puerto Rico convention center- it is a safe area and was just a 10 minute walk to the center. The place has a really nice kitchen sink, two dishes and two cups. The space is stays very cool with the AC and the bed worked well for us. The hosts are very kind. It is so nice that the space has a washer/dryer. The shower worked well. The only bad part of this place is the elevator. It does not always work so you need to be prepared to wait 5 minutes each way on the elevator. Once you get used to it, it is fine although I would not recommend for anyone who is a wheelchair user who cannot do a flight of stairs in case you need to get off on the 24th floor and walk up to the 25th floor. Overall, we would stay here again!

September 2025We loved staying at this Airbnb. The pictures do not do justice to the views. The views were beautiful both during the day and night. Perfect spot for couples or if you are traveling solo! He has all the right amenities and it felt like we were staying at a hotel. Great location near old San Juan and La placita. 10/10 experience!

August 2025This Airbnb was the perfect stay for our long weekend in San Juan. Check in was a little tricky (no fault of the hosts, I just can’t follow directions apparently lol) but Porfirio was quick to respond to our questions. The place was clean and exactly as pictured with a great view. As stated in other reviews, the elevator was a little sketchy, but was safe. We were very centrally located and were able to walk or take a short uber to coffee shops, restaurants, and old San Juan. We would definitely stay here again!

June 2025Loved this airbnb! The location was walking distance from lots of great places like the tmobile district and beaches. The condo was supplied with necessities and more. Everything was as described. The view was AMAZING from the room. Porfirio had very quick communication and he was very flexible. He even allowed us to extend our stay a little bit last minute. The only things that were a bit of an adjustment were outside of the host's control - like limited parking and sketchy elevator. Very happy we went with this airbnb and well worth the money.

May 2025We will be staying here in the future. Please do not listen to the negative feedback or worry about booking if you’re afraid of heights. I am also afraid of heights & this did not bother me at all. The elevator is older, but safe. We were told by locals that this is in the wealthier part of town & it’s very safe. Uber is CHEAP here, but the T-Mobile district is a 5 min walk with lots of entertainment and good food. Old San Juan is a 8 min uber & beautiful beaches are all Around you. I fell in love with Puerto Rico & Porfirio’s place! Can’t wait to come back. If you’re worried about booking here…don’t be…you will LOVE this place!

April 2025Nos quedamos con una amiga y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario, cocina completa, cama muy cómoda, toallas de playa, toallas de baño. Una vista increíble. Por otro lado tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a Evelyn la señora que colabora con el aseo y es un sol de mujer, llena de buena energía, amable y cálida. Con respecto a la ubicación, se debe tomar uber para ir a Viejo San Juan, hay muy pocos sitios para ir caminando. La zona es segura y tranquila. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el ascensor del edificio, es muy viejo y alcanza a dar un poco de susto tomarlo, pero igual funcionó sin inconvenientes durante toda la estadía. El edificio también es viejo y tiene un olor particular en la recepción, debe ser por su antigüedad. De resto el apartamento cumplió con las expectativas y Porfirio atendió de manera oportuna y rápida todos nuestros mensajes.

January 2025We had a great experience at this air bnb unit. The host provided very helpful instructions on how to find the keys and enter the building. I really appreciate how responsive the host was to any questions we had. The apartment looked just like the pictures and very clean! The location is very convenient and close to a lot of main attractions in the San Juan area. The only downside was the elevators are on the older side and sometimes would not work. But there is multiple elevators that we were able to use so it wasn’t a huge issue. I really liked that there was security late at night. You are not even able to access elevators without a key so always felt very safe. Over all, we had a great experience and would definitely choose this air bnb again if the opportunity comes.
