The property is a two-story apartment with two bedrooms along with both a full and a half bathroom. The first floor of the apartment includes a full kitchen area with both a countertop and table for dining. Located directly by the kitchen are a washing machine and dryer. Beyond the kitchen area is a cozy living room area with a TV. Upstairs, guests will find the two bedrooms each with TVs.
Dorado del Mar is a gated community with a lot to do in the area. There are plenty of restaurants within the community, such as Orient House, New York Steakhouse, and La Rambla Tapas y Vinos all located near the Embassy Suites. The Embassy also boasts its own casino for adults in the area to enjoy. Also near the Embassy is the Predator Gaming Center bowling alley, which is available for guests of all ages to enjoy. There are also plenty of recreational activities found within Dorado del Mar, including golf courses and tennis courts.

Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.
Parking: Estacione en el espacio de estacionamiento designado.
Power Outages: En caso de que el huésped experimente interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico que estén fuera de nuestro control durante la estancia, no se realizará ningún reembolso por la situación. Asimismo, si el servicio wifi se interrumpe por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad.
Piscina: Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier situación en la piscina ya que no cuenta con servicio de lifeguard.
Guests will have full access of the apartment as well as access into the Ocean Villas compound. Guests also have full access to the pool and private beach found within Ocean Villas, all within walking distance from the property.

November 2025This place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Is very close to great restaurants, casino, is with controlled access. The host is very clear with instructions, very responsive, and helpful. The place is very clean, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It’s a beautiful place. Area is walkable and very safe. Looking forward to stay at this beautiful place again.

October 2025There were several things I liked about his place. From the moment you walked in there was an unobstructed site line from the entryway all the way to the back patio. The floor plan was nice and open, appliances are modern, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools. Having the washer and dryer there worked out well since we didn't over pack. The air conditioners were all working well. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. However, I felt the shower lacked a place to rest our toiletries and wash cloths. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs were provided. There is a community pool very close to the home and the beach was just a short distance from the pool. The beach was not very big but it worked out perfect for my son because there was a rock barrier in place breaking the waves allowing it to be a safer place for him to wade in the water. Overall, a great place to stay.

Fully Equipped with everything you need to cook, beach, and pool. This place was so AMAZING WE WANTED TO EXTEND OUR STAY ? BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS BOOKED. It truly was a privilege to be able to enjoy this beautiful home , for 2 nights. Thank you host you were amazing ?

September 2025I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Place was amazing. Great gated location. Felt safe and secured. It’s only 30ish min from San Juan so not a bad trip at all. The pool was always clean and private beach access was super convenient . Can’t wait to visit again.

July 2025Love this place. Beach, pool, all amenities needed, clean. Only issue is if you are trying to “work from home” the WiFi service would cut off for several hours every day. Would also be nice to have a “resident remote” to allow easier access entering the main gate. But the place was immaculate and very nice.

May 2025this unit is awesome. the quality of construction and upgrades are immaculate. it was very clean and located in a gated community which was outstanding. restaurants are next door and lots of areas to walk. it was very well furnished and stocked. easy instructions to get in and check out. great communication. would definitely stay again.

March 2025I would recommend this place and I would ABSOLUTELY book again! It was the perfect spot for the perfect price! Everything was extremely clean. Came with beach towels, four beach chairs, and a small cooler! The water pitcher with filter was also helpful! I also appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. There was plenty of storage space to put our items away so we felt right at home. There’s so much to do in the neighborhood and the beaches are beautiful! Thank you so much for a great stay!

March 2025The unit is very comfortable and clean. Beach towels, chairs and snorkel masks are provided. A nice area. You can to walk to a few restaurants and a nice beach. Close to the grocery store and lots of great restaurants in Dorado. Check of KGB...went there twice for dinner and was very impressed with the service and food. Mexican at DonTako was good too. Found a great little beach, Playa Tocones that was very quiet with nice shaded spots. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking if you want and the outdoor gas grill is nice to have. Small Drip coffee maker and nespresso machine supplied.

April 2024The air bnb is as described a very nice. However the cleaning crew did not have a chance to clean prior to our arrival which was disappointing, but the host rectified it pretty quickly. The beach is very rocky so I suggest wearing swim shoes! The pool does not have any chairs so foldable chairs are a good item to bring! Overall, loved our stay. Thank you to the host!
