Enjoy this spacious two-story apartment featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a comfortable layout ideal for couples or small groups. The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, plus in-unit washer and dryer for convenience. Relax in the cozy living room with TV, while upstairs both bedrooms include TVs for added comfort and privacy. Perfect for a convenient, home-like stay.
Stay in Dorado del Mar, a secure gated community with top amenities and walkable dining. Enjoy nearby restaurants like Orient House, New York Steakhouse, and La Rambla Tapas y Vinos, plus the Embassy Suites Casino for nightlife. 1. Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows, lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a cigarette and/or cannabis smoke odor inside the property will result in a $50 penalty fee.
5. Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bath towels must not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please use the trash bin instead. Emergency unclogging of the toilet will result in an additional charge.
7. Damages: Guests will be responsible for paying for any repairs in case of damage to the property.
8. Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
9. Pool: Guests are responsible for their safety in the pool area, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

February 2026Gorgeous town home. In a very private community with gated access. Casino, steakhouse, Asian restaurant and coffee within walking distance. Overall beautiful space with access to pool and beach. Very secure for families. Not super accessible for other night life in dorado unless you have a car. Thank you for having us!

February 2026We like our stay for 2 weeks .... Location is great. The nearby beach is shallow and rocky but beautiful miles long Dorado beach is 10-15min walk or 5-7 min drive ... SuperMax and Walgreens are also very close. Townhouse is in good shape, clean, all appliances work perfect, AC was adequate for our January stay. Gated community, safe. One recommendation to the host : give 2 keys for the gates.

January 2026Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation. The place is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with anything you may need - extra towels, beach chairs, goggles, washer/dryer, kitchen, etc. It is directly next to the Embassy Suites which had a few restaurants, but unfortunately their beach bar was closed. The Hibachi place was amazing, and they had a golf course but did not provide club rentals. There are also lounge chairs in front of the hotel that we used with no issues. We were hoping for a more lively area with more bars/things to do in walking distance, but there wasn’t much. A rental car is a must if you want to leave the property. We made a dinner reservation at Ritz (5 min drive) and it was amazing. Also recommend Kikita’s beach club for lunch/dinner. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation where you can cook/stay on the property, this is it! Thanks again for a great stay!

The host is very clear with instructions, very responsive, and helpful. The place is very clean, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It’s a beautiful place. October 2025There were several things I liked about his place. From the moment you walked in there was an unobstructed site line from the entryway all the way to the back patio. The floor plan was nice and open, appliances are modern, plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and cooking tools. Having the washer and dryer there worked out well since we didn't over pack. The air conditioners were all working well. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. However, I felt the shower lacked a place to rest our toiletries and wash cloths. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs were provided. There is a community pool very close to the home and the beach was just a short distance from the pool. The beach was not very big but it worked out perfect for my son because there was a rock barrier in place breaking the waves allowing it to be a safer place for him to wade in the water. Overall, a great place to stay.

September 2025I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Place was amazing. Great gated location. Felt safe and secured. It’s only 30ish min from San Juan so not a bad trip at all. The pool was always clean and private beach access was super convenient . Can’t wait to visit again.

July 2025Love this place. Beach, pool, all amenities needed, clean. Only issue is if you are trying to “work from home” the WiFi service would cut off for several hours every day. Would also be nice to have a “resident remote” to allow easier access entering the main gate. But the place was immaculate and very nice.

May 2025this unit is awesome. the quality of construction and upgrades are immaculate. it was very clean and located in a gated community which was outstanding. restaurants are next door and lots of areas to walk. it was very well furnished and stocked. easy instructions to get in and check out. great communication. would definitely stay again.

Came with beach towels, four beach chairs, and a small cooler! The water pitcher with filter was also helpful! I also appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. There was plenty of storage space to put our items away so we felt right at home. There’s so much to do in the neighborhood and the beaches are beautiful! Thank you so much for a great stay!

March 2025The unit is very comfortable and clean. Beach towels, chairs and snorkel masks are provided. A nice area. You can to walk to a few restaurants and a nice beach. Close to the grocery store and lots of great restaurants in Dorado. Check of KGB...went there twice for dinner and was very impressed with the service and food. Mexican at DonTako was good too. Found a great little beach, Playa Tocones that was very quiet with nice shaded spots. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking if you want and the outdoor gas grill is nice to have. Small Drip coffee maker and nespresso machine supplied.

April 2024The air bnb is as described a very nice. However the cleaning crew did not have a chance to clean prior to our arrival which was disappointing, but the host rectified it pretty quickly. The beach is very rocky so I suggest wearing swim shoes! The pool does not have any chairs so foldable chairs are a good item to bring! Overall, loved our stay. Thank you to the host!
