1 Bathroom Modern and cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath studio apartment. Located near Kikita Beach in Mameyal, Dorado. Includes kitchen, TV, queen size bed for two, sofa-bed that can fit in two persons as well. Also has A/C, bathroom with walk-in closet, shared extensive and beautiful patio garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, beach towels, chairs and cooler. A few steps from small grocery store.
The Property is a living space with multiple apartments. The apartment included in this booking is found to the side of the property and is labeled with a 1. Behind the property is a backyard that is open for your use and contains the designated parking spot where you will park your vehicle if applicable.
This apartment is located near of one of the best beaches to surf in Dorado called Kikita Beach and El Puerto. Also near El Ojo del Buey that is a recreative natural area that you can explore. Great local places to eat and near downtown Dorado that you can find awesome restaurants, night-life vibe and supermarkets.
Beach walking distance: Kikita Beach (3-5 min.) and El Puerto Natural Reserve. (8-10 min.)

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
Guests will have access to the entire of the Caban 1 studio. You will also have full access of the backyard area, included your designated parking space and a shared laundry room to use during your stay.
We will always be available to answer questions or concerns through the app.
We do ask that you limit loud noises especially at late-night hours as there may be other guests at the nearby spaces. Thank you!

March 2025Loved staying here! Somes pros- not too busy lots of wildlife cute location near some amazing beaches! Some cons- -The windows are shutters like most of Puerto Rico, so you hear everything. -The bed is a bit firm for me but my mom was comfy ! overall I would stay again!

February 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Porfirio’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as he had presented it. It was a cozy place that was close to the places that we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the Coqui frogs, it made the place quite romantic. We had one small issue arise, so we immediately contacted Porfirio. Within 10 minutes , he got back with us and immediately resolved the issue. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future.
