1. Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
5. Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
7. Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

March 2025Loved staying here! Somes pros- not too busy lots of wildlife cute location near some amazing beaches! Some cons- -The windows are shutters like most of Puerto Rico, so you hear everything. -The bed is a bit firm for me but my mom was comfy ! overall I would stay again!

February 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Porfirio’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable and exactly as he had presented it. It was a cozy place that was close to the places that we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the Coqui frogs, it made the place quite romantic. We had one small issue arise, so we immediately contacted Porfirio. Within 10 minutes , he got back with us and immediately resolved the issue. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future.
