1 Bathroom Great for entertaining: bright and welcoming, it consists of a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, two pretty bedrooms with an attached bathroom. Close to the beach. Suitable for families or for two people who want to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The Property is a living space with multiple apartments. The arrangement included in this booking is the central living space found at the front of the property, labeled with a 3. Behind the property is a backyard that is open for your use and contains the designated parking spot where you will park your vehicle if applicable.
Beach walking distance: Kikita Beach (3-5 min.) and El Puerto Natural Reserve. (8-10 min.)

- La Ventana de Kikita (2-3 min.)
Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
Guests will have access to the entire of the Caban 3 home. You will also have full access of the backyard area, included your designated parking space and a shared laundry room to use during your stay.
We will always be available to answer questions or concerns through the Airbnb app.
We do ask that you limit loud noises especially at late-night hours as there may be other guests at the nearby spaces. Thank you!
