Welcome to OLD SAN JUAN RETREAT! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Check-in and Check-out Times:
• Check-in: After 3 p.m.
• Check-out: Before 11 a.m.
2. No Smoking:
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
3. Noise and Neighborhood Respect:
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Respect our neighbors by avoiding loud noises or loud music.
4. Pet Policy:
• Pets are allowed with prior approval.
• An additional fee of $150 per pet per stay applies.
• Ensure that pets are well-trained and do not cause damage.
5. Responsibility for Damages:
• Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
6. Cleaning Expectations:
• Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
• Use the provided containers for trash and recycling.
7. Security:
• Please ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving.
• Follow all provided safety instructions.
8. Use of Amenities:
• Follow the use and safety instructions for all amenities.
9. Parking:
• Free street parking is allowed Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Parking on the street is prohibited on Saturdays and Sundays.
• We recommend two paid parking options: “COVADONGA PARKING” (more economical but farther away) and “LA COCHERA” (more expensive but closer to the property).
