Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire studio, allowing them to enjoy a comfortable and uninterrupted stay in a relaxing environment designed for both convenience and tranquility.

May 2026We spent 3 nights at Porfirio place. He was always accesible and responsive. There were some minor aspects mentioned to him directly to improve even more the service and the overall experience. Although he was always responsive, there was confusion in some aspects probably because English is not his native language. The place is as shown and was clean. Overall a good experience.

April 2026As described in the picture and the pool and beach were literally right there. Beautiful spot. Keep in mind there’s no restaurants or grocery stores nearby and there’s no parking right next to the building you have to park in the main building underground garage. It was a beautiful place

Muito obrigada e super indicamos! Sugerimos apenas que o condomínio Punta Palmeira tenha serviços de piscina e café que ajudaria muito para aproveitarmos ainda mais o hotel.

January 2026Hector is a Great host! Responds very quickly to inquiries. This studio condo was just fine for my wife and me, able to cook some meals on the 2 burner stove. Refrigerator is an apartment style and afforded us room enough for our needs. Condo is right near the pool, great view, very cozy for the two of us. Definitely would come back!! 5 stars all around.

It was so private extremely safe and peaceful not overly crowded like Punta Cana. My husband and I come to cap Cana a lot for business and we will definitely always book here for our future stays.

February 2025Sin duda recomiendo mucho hospedarse aquí, ya que se cuenta con una gran exclusividad tanto en alberca como en la playa, ambas muy bonitas y limpias; en el apartamento tienes todas las comodidades que necesitas. El personal de los condominios muy amable y atenta en todo momentos, así como los anfitriones. Lo único a lo que le pondría "pero" es que no hay tiendas cercanas y todo está algo retirado de esta zona "restaurantes, bares, super, etc"... de ahí en fuera lo recomiendo totalmente. Espero regresar pronto y volver a hospedarme aquí.
