House rules

Salida: la salida es a, o antes de, las 11: 00 a. m. Asegúrate de apagar las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier dispositivo electrónico cuando salgas de la propiedad. Además, cierra las ventanas y las puertas con llave y devuelve las llaves. El huésped deberá pagar por las llaves perdidas o no devueltas.

No invitados adicionales/fiestas en la casa: Los huéspedes aceptan que las instalaciones no serán ocupadas por más personas del número indicado en la reservación. En caso de romper esta regla, se verá obligado a desalojar el inmueble inmediatamente sin derecho a reembolso.

Mascotas: No se admiten mascotas en la propiedad.

No fumar: No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad. Dejar olor a humo de cigarro y/o cannabis dentro de la propiedad conlleva un cargo de $50 de penalidad.

Ropa de cama/toallas: Las sábanas y las toallas de baño están incluidas en el alojamiento. Las toallas de baño no deben sacarse del alojamiento. Por favor, no comas en la cama y no se siente en la cama ni los muebles con la ropa mojada.

Dryer and Washer: Run only in cold water

Baño: No tires toallas de papel, tampones ni toallas sanitarias al inodoro. Utiliza el contenedor de basura en su lugar. Destapar el inodoro de emergencia tendrá un cargo adicional.

Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.

Parking: Estacione en el espacio de estacionamiento designado.

Power Outages: En caso de que el huésped experimente interrupciones en el suministro eléctrico que estén fuera de nuestro control durante la estancia, no se realizará ningún reembolso por la situación. Asimismo, si el servicio wifi se interrumpe por causas ajenas a nuestra voluntad.

Piscina: Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier situación en la piscina ya que no cuenta con servicio de lifeguard.

The house was more than spacious for our party if 5. We loved being outside of the city limits of San Juan but also being similar distance to the distance from the beautiful western coast of the island. The house has plenty of stairs but we let the kids stay upstairs. Definitely enjoyed our time, space, privacy, and peacefulness.

Porfirio’s place was a gem. So easy to access, spacious, and close to shopping centers. The pool was beautiful and so fun for the kids. We were able to walk to the beach for pictures (waves were very strong) and go to delicious food spots nearby. The house provides a lot of privacy. We definitely recommend and would return to Porfirio’s home.

The house was nice. Fit our family comfortably. There is ac in the bedrooms which was nice. The rest of the house stayed pretty warm. Pool was great. Walk to the beach was easy. There are alot of stray dogs and cats. Would be nice to be able to lock the trash up. Cats kept getting into it. The roosters crow early every day. Could use some dish towels for the kitchen. Buy extra paper towels. Would stay here agin.

The house is very comfortable. The host Porfirio, was very attentive and willing to resolve any issue in the house to make our stay more pleasant. We had a very pleasant stay since we were traveling for our daughter's wedding. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. I highly recommend it. We were very close to the beach, historic sites, shopping centers, restaurants, and other places. In short, we had an excellent stay.

We loved, loved the home. It was so beautiful and comfortable. We found the best convenient store right down the street. Quiet and neighborhood and super nice people. Having the beach across the street with amazing view and breeze was stunning and amazing. Porfirio is very quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond when asked for recommendations. Only thing missing is a generator incase power goes out would be a huge accommodation. If and when I come visit PR again, I would definitely want to come stay, there again. The house and pool were beautiful with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen was stocked with a blender and pot and pans for cooking as well as lots of spices. The ocean across the street is private and breathtaking. People in the community were friendly and roads were easy to navigate. I was disappointed to find out that most local restaurants are not open in the beginning of the week. Next time we will change our stay to include the weekend. We also experienced sleeping issues with nearby dogs that barked through the night and roosters that started crowing at 4am. Overall a great place to stay for our first trip to PR!

The house was beautiful and a great place for us to stay with our big family. The location was gorgeous and you can walk to a beautiful beach (not one that you can swim at but beautiful sights and there are great swimming beaches short drives away. Porfirio was super responsive to any issues we had.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The property was perfect for our group — spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The host was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions, making the entire experience seamless. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Puerto Rico. Can't wait to come back!

This is a very attractive property with a really great pool, lovely outdoor space, and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It is in residential neighbourhood, and not easily walkable to stores or restaurants; however, there is a large modern shopping center with several restaurants and outlet stores 10-15 min away by car. There were some challenges for young and elderly, such as a spiral staircase being the only way to get from the main floor to the majority of bedrooms. In addition, while there is a stove and microwave oven, there is no dishwasher or regular oven, and the washer/dryer were available on request. During our stay, the roof leaked in the kitchen after a night of heavy rain - this was a bit of a nuisance, but manageable. Our family of four adults and 3 young children had a really fun stay at Porfirio's Airbnb, and we would certainly recommend it for a vacation destination.

This house had it all! The inside space was amazing and then the outside space was spectacular! Beautiful crystal clear pool. Hammocks and swings! Perfect photo ops galore! And a BBQ grill too. And you can cross the street and be at the beach!
