House rules

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.


Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures. Check in at the lobby across the street was painless. The condominium staff was suoer helpful and pleasant. The entrance to the beach and pool are directly across the street (2 minute walk) and absolutely breathtaking. Beach towels were in the apartment and the pool attendant immediately brought chair cushions and umbrella’s. He came back frequently to adjust the umbrellas as needed. We rented a golf cart from our host (painless process as well). You need at least a golfcart to get to the amazing restaurants on the other side of the marina (we went to Noah, Casa Costa and Drago Grill). There are no nearby places for lunch but we used the Foodelise app and had lunch delivered one day. The app was great. Our host was super responsive and gave clear directions. We love the location and the condo and would happily stay here again.

Excelente apartamento con todo lo que uno pudiera necesitar para unas vacaciones. Eramos 3 adultos y 3 niños pequeños y el apartamento estuvo muy comodo. La playa y la piscina estaban a una distancia para ir caminando. El staff del lugar fue muy amistoso.

El apartamento es muy agradable, te hace sentir como en casa, con una decoración con elementos marinos. El cuadro de la sala es espectacular, más en persona! La vista a la marina era muy bonita y a pesar de ser un primer nivel, no sentimos ruido y sentíamos privacidad. Sobre la ubicación, nos gustó que estaba al frente del lobby y de ahí accedíamos rápidamente a la piscina y la playa. El personal del complejo es muy atento con los huéspedes, en la piscina te consiguen más sillas y siempre se mostraban dispuestos a ayudarte, sobretodo cuando haces check-in, para subir la compra y equipaje. Nos pareció una propiedad muy agradable y la comunicación con el host fue muy buena.
