This 2-bedroom apartment provides a comfortable and functional space, perfect for families or small groups, and includes convenient on-site parking for a stress-free stay.
Situated in the centrally located Las Marías neighborhood, this home offers convenient access to Vieques’ best beaches, dining spots, and must-see attractions.
Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows, lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a cigarette and/or cannabis smoke odor inside the property will result in a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bath towels must not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please use the trash bin instead. Emergency unclogging of the toilet will result in an additional charge.
Damages: Guests will be responsible for paying for any repairs in case of damage to the property.
Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
Getting around Vieques is easiest with a rental vehicle. While taxis are available, they can be limited depending on the time and location. Having your own transportation allows you to comfortably explore the island, visit multiple beaches, and enjoy everything Vieques has to offer without restrictions.

September 2025We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Beach Apartment Vieques 3! The apartment was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with nice details like beach towels and chairs, which made our beach days so easy. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great every night. The location is excellent—close to good restaurants and just a short drive to the beaches. We also really appreciated the good parking spaces, which made everything more convenient. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

September 2025I am super thankful to Porfirio. I was in Vieques for my dads passing and so I really didn't do much. He did recommend the rental place and directed me to near by places. Thank you!! Awesome place quiet neighborhood other than some motorcycles riding by at night. Made me feel like i was in nyc lol. So it didn't bother me. 10 mon from the plaza and everything around it.
