This 1 bedroom apartment provides a comfortable and functional space, perfect for families or small groups, and includes convenient on-site parking for a stress-free stay.
Situated in the centrally located Las Marías neighborhood, this home offers convenient access to Vieques’ best beaches, dining spots, and must-see attractions.
Check-out: Check-out is at, or before, 11:00 a.m. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, close the windows, lock the doors, and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated in the reservation. If this rule is broken, guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving a cigarette and/or cannabis smoke odor inside the property will result in a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bath towels must not be taken outside the property. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Please use the trash bin instead. Emergency unclogging of the toilet will result in an additional charge.
Damages: Guests will be responsible for paying for any repairs in case of damage to the property.
Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
Getting around Vieques is easiest with a rental vehicle. While taxis are available, they can be limited depending on the time and location. Having your own transportation allows you to comfortably explore the island, visit multiple beaches, and enjoy everything Vieques has to offer without restrictions.

February 2026We had a beautiful stay here! It was the perfect size for us two. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ac unit in the bedroom did magnificently at keeping us cool. The space is a little further away from more popular areas but thats what we wanted! It was quiet and peaceful and we would come here again!

December 2025It’s a nice lil place in Viequez, in the “Las Marias” neighborhood (this is what the taxi driver told us that helped identify the location). The room was nice and clean, the AC was great too! It was within walking distance of a local shop if you need to buy anything quick. We also walked to the city, for around 20 minutes in each direction, to get to some of the restaurants around the area. The host was really responsive and friendly! Overall a great stay.

November 2025Our stay at Vieques Paradise Apt 4 was lovely. The apartment is clean and spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore beautiful Vieques. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, easy to find, easy to head out to Esperanza. It is about 5 minutes drive away from ferry terminal. Also a few minutes drive to restaurants, car rental, gas station, emergency room, and grocery store. Porfirio was very friendly and provided nice recommendations about places to visit. Thanks for taking good care of this place!

September 2025Espectacular! El alojamiento muy comodo y el aire acondicionado del cuarto mantenia todo el apartamento fresco; creanme, con estas calores, ES UN PLUS! El baño organizado y limpio. La sala, la cocina, los juegos de mesas, las cosas para la playa; en fin, todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos dias relajados y divertidos en la isla. Ademas, a solo pasos (fuimos caminando) encuentras un colmado y si caminas un poco mas, una cancha y un CDT. El lugar es super tranquilo, nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda alguna, volveriamos a hospedarnos. Nos encantó!

August 2025Porfirio is a great host—very responsible, and the place was just as described in the photos! Quiet and Clean! Because of the storm, I couldn’t arrive on the first day, but Porfirio kindly postponed my reservation, that was really helpful! Unfortunately, we stayed right after the storm, so some issues came up, but I don’t think were the host’s fault. Just be prepared to buy plenty of bug spray from the supermarket. There were a lot of mosquitoes and ticks in Vieques! We assumed the room would be fine, so we didn’t prepare anything the first night, and we ended up with 30–60+ bites. I reported the termite situation to the host, and they responded quickly, which was great. It was just a bit inconvenient to wait for people to come and check or fix the room. Eventually, we fixed all the situation and had a nice stay in our next two nights! Please just prepare all the bug killers, and you will love this place!

August 2025Excelente lugar para quedarse varios días. Es un apartamento, no un estudio, así que tiene una cocina completa y espaciosa, esto fue un éxito para hacernos buenos desayunos. La sala cómoda con muebles limpios y agradables para recostarse un rato. El baño estuvo muy limpio y la cama super cómoda, dormimos excelente. El parking es un poco incómodo para carros muy grandes pero al menos tiene parking (que es un plus). Me volvería a quedar en una próxima.

July 2025Amamos conocer y buscar nuestros lugares. Sin duda el espacio espectacular, acogedor, super limpio y justo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días en Vieques. Una cama divina, almohadas cómodas. Aire espectacular. Cuenta con sillas de playa, nevera de playa, paletas para jugar, toallas de playa. Eso fue un plus para nosotros que venimos de la Isla sin tener que traer tanto equipaje. Tiene tablas y para Kayak, manguera para lavar todo el equipaje. Porfirio siempre respondió en todo momento, le pedimos una petición y rápidamente fue accesible. Fue muy consciente y nos ayudó grandemente. De seguro en Vieques hay muchas opciones pero definitivamente ha sido el mejor lugar. A pasos una pequeña tienda para provisiones y resolver. Alquilamos un carro de gulf, fue lo mejor que hicimos visitamos toda la isla y todas sus playas. Fue súper divertido.
