House rules

Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

Damage: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the property.

Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

Guest access

Getting around Vieques is easiest with a rental vehicle. While taxis are available, they can be limited depending on the time and location. Having your own transportation allows you to comfortably explore the island, visit multiple beaches, and enjoy everything Vieques has to offer without restrictions.

L’alloggio era anche meglio delle foto, due camere matrimoniali comodissime, un ampio soggiorno e cucina con davvero tutto quello che serve ? Abbiamo apprezzato molto le sedie da spiaggia ed i teli mare messi a disposizione. Avremmo tanto voluto estendere il nostro soggiorno però purtroppo era già prenotato, e Porfirio si è premurato di controllare se avesse altri alloggi disponibili, ottima comunicazione e davvero gentile!♥️ Siamo state davvero benissimo, super consigliato!

Great place with lots of room and everything you need for a beach vacation. The place was outside of town and you definitely need a car for. It does have a little grocery store next door for anything last minute needs. It”s in a residential area that was mostly quiet. Overall great place.

Great stay! Very comfortable and great amenities. Have no complaints about the stay. Only thing I could say is if you’re coming to the island bring or rent a 4x4 vehicle the entrance has a huge gap and it nearly ripped my bumper off so if you’ve got a small vehicle park it outside. Also a lot of the places to explore do have potholes so it’s still better to visit the island in a 4x4 enjoy your stay! ?

Cómodo apartamento. Lo recomendamos. No queda en el casco urbano lo que lo hace mas accesible. Colmado a 1 min. Sala de emergencia a solo 5 minutos caminando. Espacioso. Justo lo que necesitabamos para nuestras vacaciones en Vieques.

This trip was my first time in Puerto Rico/Vieques and I had no idea what to expect in terms of location. The apartment is a tiny bit farther away from more touristy areas, but I am so happy I decided to book it! It was nice and clean, with just enough space to feel cozy without feeling cramped. We were provided with a cooler, camping chairs, and beach towels which were all a nice surprise and came in handy for our stay. Everything we needed was in working order, and Porfirio was always very responsive. Given the chance, I would definitely stay here again!

Mi estadía de 4 días en Vieques, PR. Nos hospedamos 4 personas (mi hija, sobrina, hermano y yo) y en general la experiencia fue buena. El alojamiento es cómodo, bien ubicado y cumplió con lo necesario para nuestra estadía. La comunicación con Porfirio fue rápida y clara desde el principio, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Hasta nos permitió entrar una hora antes. Gracias!! Sin embargo, tuvimos un percance durante la estadía: unas losas del piso del cuarto se rompieron y, al comunicarlo con Porfirio, él mencionó que enviaría a un handyman para atender la situación, pero lamentablemente nunca llegó. Esto nos hizo sentir un poco incómodos, ya que tuvimos que improvisar con una alfombra y toallas para evitar cortarnos al pasar por el área afectada. A pesar de ese inconveniente, el lugar nos resultó funcional y acogedor. Esperamos que se pueda resolver ese detalle para futuras estadías, ya que el sitio tiene buen potencial.

Exelente alojamiento con estacionamiento privado, Todo limpio, cuartos comodos, baño comodo,juegos de mesa,AC en los cuartos, nevera grande, estufa, sillas de playa con neverita a tu disposicion, mueble comodos entre tantas otras cosas. En fin todas las comodidades que buscas para alojarte.

Remodeled and clean. Everything in working order. Not at walking distance to major attractions, but 15 minutes away with a car.
