3 Bathrooms Villa Bella Apt is a two story 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths penthouse retreat in Vega Baja, PR with panoramic ocean views. In a beautiful gated community, this cozy home accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen and It offers a comfortable visit. Enjoy smart TVs, ACs in all rooms, and a washer/dryer. The 2nd floor terrace features lounge chairs and a seating area. Guests have access to a pool, basketball court, and playground. The beach is a short 5 min drive away.
Villa Bella is a charming penthouse situated on the 3rd floor. (This is a walk up condo, no elevator) This captivating space showcases an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the living room, complete with a smart TV, games, and comfortable seating that's perfect for quality time with loved ones. Walk upstairs to the terrace, where you can relax enjoying the ocean view while sunbathing.
Villa Bella features 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay for up to seven guests. The master suite boasts a queen bed, an attached full bathroom, a smart TV, and a closet. The second boasts a queen bed, with a smart TV and closet. The third bedroom boasts a full size bed with a closet.
There is also a loft with air conditioning that sleeps one person comfortably on a twin day bed with a smart TV and half bathroom.
Both full bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with complimentary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and resort-style towels, providing you with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Villa Bella is also stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, a boogie board, beach toys, and board games.
We also offer a pack and play and high chair for those traveling with little ones.
Community Pool hours-
Mondays 1pm to 10pm
Tuesday through Sunday 6am-8pm
June and July pool is open until 10pm
Basketball court is available 8am to 8pm daily
Veredas del Mar is a conveniently located apartment complex in Vega Baja, just steps from the beach. The community features a pool and is surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience for your stay.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 12:00 p.m. Please ensure you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
A $40 fee will be charged for lost pool keys.
A $40 fee will be charged for lost gate tags.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis on the property will incur a $100 penalty.
Bed linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included. Bath towels should not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Please use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: Guests are responsible for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
Pool: Guests are responsible for any incidents at the pool, as there is no lifeguard service.
During your stay at Villa Bella, you will have unrestricted access to all areas inside the penthouse, as well as the community pool, basketball court, and children's playground. Feel free to make the most of these fantastic amenities.
In addition, guests have the privilege of exploring a range of public beaches located near the condo. Whether you're looking for family-friendly beaches, ideal spots for bodyboarding, or thrilling adventure opportunities, there is something for everyone. For those who need to stay connected, the property offers fast Wi-Fi, making it convenient for work travelers or for enjoying movie nights with family and friends.
Please note that there are housekeeping storages in the suite that should remain locked for your safety and privacy.
Please also note this property has spiral stairs inside leading up to the loft and terrace area.

April 2026Great space overall, whether it was the rooms, loft, deck, bathroom, kitchen....never ever felt cramped. Close to a nice beach and plenty of quick bite or full sit down restaurants. Supermarket and Walmart are conveniently close. Parking for the place is great and conveniently located.

March 2026Porfirio and Gabrielle were exceptional hosts! This was our family’s first trip to Puerto Rico, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. We especially appreciated the stocked kitchen for preparing simple meals, as well as the beach amenities and toiletries, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The curated guide of local recommendations for dining and activities was incredibly helpful and added great value to our trip. We also loved the nearby beach, just a short 7-minute drive away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we are already looking forward to returning. This property truly feels like our home away from home in Puerto Rico. It is a bit out of the way of San Juan with traffic included if you are wanting to spend a lot of the time in city but this is what we wanted and I’m sure glad we took the chance. Loved the space and got some of the best rest I’ve had in a really long time. The host also included a lot of little details in things you could use like beach chairs, coolers, and even seasonings if you are looking to cook. Great place

January 2026We had an amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough. The space was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The host truly thought of everything including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, makeup tools, games, and more. The AC worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. Although we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, the area itself was quiet and chill and surrounded by great local eats. Everything was conveniently located, parking was included, and the laundry came in clutch during our trip. Our group loved this stay and would absolutely book again.

Such a cute place to come to after a full day of activities. As a fam of 6 we felt very safe, and each had privacy. Enough bathrooms for all us. The beds comfy. Full stocked kitchen we cooked breakfast and dinner. Everything you think you needed they had in the apt. Gear for the beach and the beach was one of our favorites it’s 5 min away. Also local reco was Ocean Bakery was delicious $50 for 6 ppl can’t beat that. We had so much fun and a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Clean and comfortable and had everything you could even think of for a wonderful stay at the beach. Everything was within a few minutes from the house! We had such a wonderful experience! It has more beach equipment (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, snorkeling equipment than in some time chairs. Great location, close to the beach. Clean and quiet. Felt safe. Very good host. I fully recommend and will stay in it again.

August 2025We absolutely LOVED staying here. The apt is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. You’ll feel right at home. There was even a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived. I’ve stayed at a few air BnB’s and never had a welcome gift…this was everything!! The apt has everything you need from—shampoo/conditioner to condiments/seasonings to the beach gear including sand toys. Nothing went overlooked. We had the opportunity to speak to the owner who is truly the nicest person ever. She even took time to message us after we left to ask how our stay was despite her own busy travel day. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

The only downside was the very strong smell of Febreze, which was a bit overpowering. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
