This cozy studio in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico, offers the perfect location just minutes from the beach and close to some of the area’s best restaurants. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy convenience, comfort, and a vibrant local scene.
Located in Isla Verde, one of Puerto Rico’s most vibrant areas, you’ll be surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and nightlife—perfect for those looking to enjoy both great food and entertainment.
Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
Damage: Guests are responsible for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Pool: Guests are responsible for any incidents at the pool, as there is no lifeguard service.
Please always return your parking tag. Failure to return the tag will result in a $100 fine.
Guests will have full access to the apartment and shared building amenities, including parking and the pool. Everything is designed to provide a convenient and enjoyable stay.

May 2025My husband and I came for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect. Very close to the airport and many things in a walkable distance. The place was as described the only downside which is a me preference is that the shower water pressure was not very hard. Other than that it was perfect for a quick stay

April 2025Porfirio's place was a lovely little stay for my boyfriend and me! So clean and well-kept! Communication was amazing, even during our stay, from check-in to a short time when the power went out, or even asking for some suggestions on places! The location is perfect. We literally just walked out onto the strip, and there are so many restaurants, etc., and a car rental place just as you walk out of the gate! We'd definitely stay here again!
