1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. A $200 fee will apply if violated.
2. Keys & Access
Lost or unreturned keys will incur replacement fees:
Gate key: $40
Elevator key: $40
Apartment key: $20
3. ⏰ Check-Out (11:00 AM)
Turn off lights, AC, and electronics
Lock all doors and windows
Return all keys
4. Guest Limit / No Parties
Only registered guests are allowed. No events or parties. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
5. No Pets
Pets are not permitted.
6. Linen & Furniture Care
Towels are for in-home use only
No eating in bed
Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothes
7. Plumbing Care
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Use trash bins. Any plumbing damage may result in additional charges.
8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.
9. Parking
Please park only in designated space #50.
10. Pool Safety: Guests are responsible for their safety while using the pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
11. Trash: Use the designated trash bins.
12. Parking: Free parking on premise.
13. Pool: Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool, as no lifeguard service is provided.

My family and I spent most of our time in the outdoor area—playing dominoes, relaxing in the pool, and enjoying frituras after long days of exploring and going to the beach. March 2026Ravis d’avoir pu découvrir cette partie de Puerto Rico ici. Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et sympathiques. L’environnement et le logement était fidèles aux descriptions. Chacunes de nos requêtes ont été répondues très rapidement et avec beaucoup de détails et une grande politesse. Je recommande fortement pour les groupe qui veulent visiter l’île plus à l’ouest. January 2026The place is beautiful and spacious! And EXTREMELY close to the most beautiful beach, with tropical views and a lighthouse. Be sure to use the link they send with directions because copy and pasting the address may send you to a different location about 13 minutes away. The hosts were extremely responsive, usually within 5-15 minutes.

October 2025It's a great place for a peacefull family stay. the host answered all my inquiries promptly. Very good eateries and restaurants easily accessible by car. I loved the pool & gazebo. I also liked that there is a Catholic church right across the street. Overall, the place is, indeed, cozy.

September 2025We enjoyed a great stay at this property. Walking distance to a surfer beach with food trucks. Very short drive to two other great beaches and many food options. Of course, that's if you opt to leave the property with its own nice private pool and covered lounging area, which we got plenty of use out of, day and night. The living room and kitchen having air conditioning was a major plus, as was the washer and dryer. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. There is also plenty of parking (on the property and on the street). We felt safe and the owners were very responsive to a few questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

August 2025The area was great! The beach was just walking distance. The Host was super friendly and responsive. We had a little trouble in opening the gate but then we got it! There are so many kiosk around the area! The Host does provide you with places to do, visit, and eat! My whole family had a good time and we were all comfortable!

July 2025Porfirio’s Place was amazing. Exactly the authentic Puerto Rican feel we were hoping for. Very quiet, calm location aside from the roosters next door which really weren’t a bother. The location is perfect with a few surrounding beaches and a nice amount of Restaurants and smaller places to eat near by. We also found a beautiful playground near by that the children really enjoyed outside of the peaceful backyard. 10/10 would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

March 2025Responsive host. Nice beach just diagonally across the main road, about a 3 minute walk away. Plenty of room in the house and towels. Good bakery down the street. The neighbor’s rooster would crow early in the morning. Nice location between San Juan and Aguadilla.
