Ideal for couples and groups up to 10, this spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 2 dining areas, and 2 living rooms—perfect for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy unique tile bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, and private parking for up to 6 vehicles. Unwind on the charming terrace overlooking the backyard, sip coffee in rocking chairs, relax in a hammock, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool.
Located in a quiet and residential area, this home offers a peaceful atmosphere. You’ll enjoy a safe and convenient location in Estancia Nueva Colon, restaurants, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
House Rules:
1. NO smoking allowed inside or outside the apartment (if smell or smoking detected, a fee of $200 will apply for not complying.
2. If keys are lost a fee will apply.
3. Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
4. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
7. Do not flush paper towels, sanitary pads, or other materials down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
8. The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
9. Parking: Park in the designated spot(s)
Guests will access the keys to the house using the lockbox. They will have access to the whole house, parking spaces, pool and patio.

March 2026My group of 5 adults had a great time at this property. House is as beautiful and comfortable as the photos show, with every need provided for. Well-located for stores and restaurants as well as stunning nearby beaches and coastlines (a car is mandatory). Porfirio and his team were great hosts. They responded quickly to our questions, and kindly accommodated our requests. Just a perfect experience!

March 2026Gorgeous House, very large and feels grand. There is a large common area without AC which was the only downfall since it was so stuffy in there. The house was very clean and great for our bachelor trip. The Address we found tricky, the coordinates given are not the exact location of the home, but once we figured that out we were set. Very good location generally speaking - in the middle of the island so roughly 1 hour each way to great activities. Would recommend staying here!

March 2026Beautiful house. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms and 1 en suite. One bathroom has a makeup counter but no mirror and no chair, could’ve been more useful. Only one hairdryer for the entire house, not exactly ideal. The en-suite has no electrical outlet except in the toilet closet ( ??? ) Toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags were minimal- had to go buy more of all for our stay. I think there’s some sort of bird sanctuary Nextdoor- they were up and talking every day by 6 am. Water pressure was fantastic. The jetted tub with the pool Is not a hot tub, it’s the same water as the pool. The kitchen needs a vent! It also does not have a dishwasher. High heat cooking keeps the smells around for days. Had to bring down fans and open all windows when we cooked. We hired a phenomenal private chef for our stay from Take a Chef, Jamie Rentas. Overall the house was nice, had a few hiccups but response from host was always quick.

February 2026The house was great, the host was very responsive and was more than willing to work with me on a flight cancellation that occurred due to a blizzard back home. Pros: - The family LOVED the backyard and pool! - The beds were comfy and the acs worked like a charm. - Abundance of towels - Access to washer/dryer - The nearby beaches and shopping/eating options were great. - Super chill The only reason I don’t give it five stars are not deal breakers and are addressable. 1 - trip hazard step in kitchen (needs better marking/emphasis) 2 - the locks on the outside of the bedrooms instead of inside (please reverse those) 3 - the lock in master bathroom not working at all 4 - first floor bathroom needs privacy filters on the windows. 5 - Having to get out the car to get in and out of the property at this price point is frustrating. Despite these things I would totally stay here again especially if these items are addressed but I did not want to be dishonest about it.

January 2026This is a great spacious house with spotless linens and bathrooms. The pool is very private. Location is convenient to Manati area or highway east to Rincon or west to Loquillo. The beaches are close, laid back and clean. We found some really authentic local restaurants in Manati. We will probably rent again next time in Manati. Porforio was very responsive as a host and also kudos to the cleaning crew!

December 2025This location is stunning, it comfortably accommodated 8 people for my mother's 60th birthday celebration. We had plenty of space and weren't cramped at all. The gorgeous backyard features a large pool and a coconut tree. Additionally, just 7 minutes away is the beautiful Mar Chiquita beach, which is a must-visit. Moreover, it is situated within a gated community, which added to our sense of security. I will certainly return.

December 2025Growing up coming to Puerto Rico, we would stay at family’s places or hotels. This was my first time bringing my wife and kids. We were so pleased to stay at this beautiful home. It truly felt like a traditional Puerto Rican home. There were a very minor details that Porfirio immediately helped us with. We truly enjoyed this house and really are thinking of booking it again! We had a great time in a beautiful home!

The pool was perfect and a great spot to hang out together. The location was beautiful and peaceful, close to some stunning beaches and local spots. September 2025This place was exactly like the pictures—super clean, comfortable, and easy to come and go. The location is great, close to beautiful scenic beach areas, and the property itself was such a treat with avocado trees full of the sweetest, butter-like avocados. The pool was refreshing and spotless, perfect for relaxing. The host was wonderful—very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back again!

The only area of the house we really didn’t enjoy was the second floor room. The room was to hot during the day. All the other room had a/c except for the second. As far as everything else my family and I enjoyed our stay. Porifio also accommodated us with an infant chair the my granddaughter love. Thank you The Alvarez family.

June 2025This home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The AC in all of the bedrooms and downstairs living room was perfect. Kept those spaces nice and cool. My only suggestion is to consider having an AC in the upstairs family/dining room. The space is BEAUTIFUL, but we could not enjoy it as much as we would have wanted to because it was just too hot to be in that room with no AC. Very secure location. Well lit at night. Outside pool area is spacious and fit our large family of 9 perfectly. Lots of pool toys and game boards for the kids to play. We had a minor issue with clogged drain one of the bathrooms, but host was very responsive and was able to get it fixed quickly and even sent a cleaning crew to take care of any messes. So happy with our stay here. Will certainly stay here again.
