Luxurious Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with premium linens for ultimate relaxation. For additional guests, a comfortable sofa lounger and a queen-size air bed are available, making the space ideal for up to 3 guests.
Departure: Departure is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

October 2025I don’t recommend staying on Airbnb at cap cana without a car, but if you had to, this would be the place. The place is clean and well maintained. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Groceries are still hard, but there is delivery. There are “specialty” shops but they are super expensive. Going to cocobongo or “downtown” punta cana or blue mall is crazy expensive from cap Cana. You cannot call an uber from cap Cana. Golf karts are a ripoff, almost as expensive as a car, they can’t leave cap Cana, and they can lose charge in the middle of nowhere, so plan accordingly. You can find karts from 50 upwards, but you can get a decent car from 70 up.

September 2025One of the best stays/properties I've stayed in years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Pros: Easy entry into the location using QR code, easy parking, beautiful decoration and feels like at home. Bedroom by far one of the most comfortable. Clean linen etc. Theres nothing, I could have nitpicked on this property.

February 2025Wonderful, spacious, peekaboo view of the sea, overlooking the beautiful quiet pool, fantastic balcony terrace. We love Cap Cana and this apt is large and so very comfortable, beautifully decorated, wonderful bed, well equipped kitchen. Everything is top notch, lots of supplies and plenty of water for the water cooler. Great washer and dryer. Porfirio and Hector were very accommodating. We visited API Beach, Juanillo, and Sanctuary Town, with rides arranged by the SportsIllustrated staff. Make sure to check out the daily sched at TRS for activities, and walk all around to discover everything the Marina has to offer. We even walked out to the north towards the golf course past the Coast Guard station, you can walk for miles along the beautiful beaches. No need for a car. Great Uber svc and Nacional at Blue Mall for groceries . And don’t miss Time Out Spa for couples massage and the Water circuit, two hours of bliss for such a reasonable price. Bohemian our fave restaurant. Will return!
