2 Bathrooms Welcome Home! This 4 bedroom , 2 baths home is your quiet and peaceful haven with the added ease and convenience of being centrally-located. Your family will have it all just a stone's throw from Freedom House San Juan. The best location 15 minutes from the Airport ? and 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of Isla Verde ?️. We are very close to the Mall of San Juan. Also very close to the Mall Plazas las Americas, El Morro, Condado and the T Mobile District.
The home looks small from the outside but it’s a cozy haven that can accommodate a large family of 10 and even 11 using the living room sofa which is the size of a twin bed when you remove the back pillows. Quiet, private, perfect home to unwind and rest after a day of sightseeing or visiting family.
Quiet and peaceful area yet walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and Plaza Las Americas, the largest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean.
Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $100 penalty charge.
Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
This is your home during your stay ☺️. You will have access to the entire home and the outdoor space. The outdoor space is accessible via the side gate. Please be sure and maintain this gate closed at all times. If you smoke you are free to smoke outdoors (please use the sand bucket ashtray by the seats and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground). PROHIBITED AREA is the locked laundry room located in the garage. (use of the washer and dryer is prohibited). Please do NOT open the garage door or attempt to park in the garage. Thank you.

No parties, only registered guests are permitted in the home. No loud music beyond 10pm

November 2025Porfirio è stato un ottimo hosting, sin dall'inizio è stato disponibile soprattutto quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel lasciare le valigie prime del check in e aiutandonci permettendoci di accedere in anticipo. Casa super spaziosa e con tutti i servizi. L'unica pecca sono i bagni, tralasciando il non gettare la carta nel water ( problema comune in portorico) si otturava in continuazione. per il resto ottima esperienza

August 2025My family and I were in town for the Bad Bunny concert and Porfirio’s home was perfect for us. He was very attentive before we even arrived. He gave us very clear instructions on how to enter. The electronic keypad made it easy for us. The place itself is beautiful. The house is clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Having 2 bathrooms made it so easy to get ready. We were there for about 5 nights and there were enough towels and toiletries for all of us. There’s a kitchen and dining room and a living room. Also, It’s location is in a great spot. Everything we wanted to see and do in San Juan was within a 15 minute drive: restaurants, beaches, old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, bakeries, and grocery stores etc. We were also close to the Plaza Las Americas mall. And for the concert, we were able to take the train to the Coliseum and that was so smooth and easy. We had 2 cars and parking was not an issue. Overall a great stay and I definitely recommend staying here.

July 2025Good accommodations that could be really great with some simple improvements such as better water pressure in the showers, better door handles throughout the home (many were loose, poorly installed or would accidentally lock themselves), better mattresses. Also the addition of a greca coffee maker in the kitchen - we’re Puerto Ricans and we were astonished this home didn’t include one - we had to borrow from my grandmother. It’s quiet, comfortable, and a great location but could use some revisions to make it perfect. Would recommend!
