Don’t let the exterior fool you—this cozy, spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, perfect for large families or groups. The living room sofa converts to a twin-size sleeping space for extra flexibility. Enjoy a quiet, private setting ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, beach trips, or visiting loved ones. A comfortable, peaceful home base in a convenient location.

1. Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $100 penalty charge.
5. Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.
7. Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
8. The garage is not open to our guests, please do not try to open the garage door.

This is your home during your stay ☺️. You will have access to the entire home and the outdoor space. The outdoor space is accessible via the side gate. Please be sure and maintain this gate closed at all times. If you smoke you are free to smoke outdoors (please use the sand bucket ashtray by the seats and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground). PROHIBITED AREA is the locked laundry room located in the garage. (use of the washer and dryer is prohibited). Please do NOT open the garage door or attempt to park in the garage.

We were so grateful for his kindness. needed extra washcloths for 10 of us. he ran out, bought more and had them on door handle when we got back. Had waters in fridge and coffee on counter to make. 10 of us stayed there, perfectly comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

March 2026We booked this property while attending the baseball classic at Hiram Bithorn Stadium, and the location was perfect—within walking distance not only to the stadium but also to Plaza Las Americas Mall and several great restaurants. The house was beautiful, very cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood, exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication was excellent, and the hosts were very flexible in accommodating our needs. I highly recommend this property!

February 2026I had a really great stay at this property overall. The location was excellent, very central and convenient to many of the main tourist attractions, which made getting around and exploring super easy. The host was outstanding: very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. They even offered to help arrange a rental vehicle if I needed one, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was a small insect issue during my stay. While it was a bit noticeable at times, it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay with a great host and a prime location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

January 2026We were a group of 7 people, and all of us agreed that the location was perfect for our vacation plans. Everything was 15 to 30 minutes drive. Malls, Old San Juan, Condado Beach Isla Verde etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything that was needed .

January 2026Very happy with our stay, host was very helpful when we were left with nowhere to go because our flights were grounded. We didn’t plan on being in PR for an extra 4 days! It was a chaotic time but it was comforting knowing that we had a place to stay and were even able to check in early! The location was an easy uber ride to Plaza Americas and easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Plus a great little grocery store in the neighborhood.

December 2025Nice clean small apartment and great locations. Spaces are a bit small but the apartment has everything you’ll need. Beds and pillows are kind of hard but other than that it’s a great place. I’ll book again.

November 2025Porfirio è stato un ottimo hosting, sin dall'inizio è stato disponibile soprattutto quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel lasciare le valigie prime del check in e aiutandonci permettendoci di accedere in anticipo. Casa super spaziosa e con tutti i servizi. L'unica pecca sono i bagni, tralasciando il non gettare la carta nel water ( problema comune in portorico) si otturava in continuazione. per il resto ottima esperienza

August 2025My family and I were in town for the Bad Bunny concert and Porfirio’s home was perfect for us. He was very attentive before we even arrived. He gave us very clear instructions on how to enter. The electronic keypad made it easy for us. The place itself is beautiful. The house is clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Having 2 bathrooms made it so easy to get ready. We were there for about 5 nights and there were enough towels and toiletries for all of us. There’s a kitchen and dining room and a living room. Also, It’s location is in a great spot. Everything we wanted to see and do in San Juan was within a 15 minute drive: restaurants, beaches, old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, bakeries, and grocery stores etc. We were also close to the Plaza Las Americas mall. And for the concert, we were able to take the train to the Coliseum and that was so smooth and easy. We had 2 cars and parking was not an issue. Overall a great stay and I definitely recommend staying here.

July 2025Good accommodations that could be really great with some simple improvements such as better water pressure in the showers, better door handles throughout the home (many were loose, poorly installed or would accidentally lock themselves), better mattresses. Also the addition of a greca coffee maker in the kitchen - we’re Puerto Ricans and we were astonished this home didn’t include one - we had to borrow from my grandmother. It’s quiet, comfortable, and a great location but could use some revisions to make it perfect. Would recommend!
