Located in a quiet and residential area, this home offers a peaceful atmosphere. You’ll enjoy a safe and convenient location in Luquillo Beach, restaurants, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
1. Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.
3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
4. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.
5. Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels should not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed or sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.
6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.
7. Damage: Guests are responsible for repairs in case of any damage to the property.
8. Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.
9. Do not leave doors or windows open while the air conditioning is on.
10. Please take your trash to the bin and do not leave trash in the house.

February 2026We had a lovely stay at this house! The location was perfect! It was close to the beaches, great local food spots, but still peaceful and relaxing. The home was clean and well equipped for a very comfortable family stay. We appreciate the thoughtfulness added like the stocked kitchen essentials (coffee, condiments, storage containers etc), clear instructions and easy check-in. This was a great base for exploring El Yunque and also the wonderful beaches. Overall it felt safe, convenient and family friendly! (the only small negative was the neighbor’s loud dogs) Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay here again!

February 2026Place was very accommodating. The host responded in a timely manner. The home was as described. Just one safety concern which was that the patio door did not lock however the gate to get to the backyard made up for it. A few insects made it a bit unpleasant but not enough to alternate satisfaction of our stay. Park in the back in the neighborhood was an added plus as me and my other guests were able to walk the track immediately behind the house.

January 2026Super clean. Off street parking was great. Close to Luquillo kiosk beach. Great patio area to play cards at night or eat dinner. Does not have an oven but that didn’t bother us at all. Had spices/oils left from previous guest that was very useful to us. Would absolutely would stay here again!

December 2025Me and my family stayed here over Christmas 2025 And had a really good Experience. The rooms are comfortable the host was friendly and responsive and the house was located near A lot of shopping and not too far from the beach and restaurants. The living area was perfect for watching TV at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

November 2025Casa Lareña was exactly what my family and I needed to feel right at home. A major plus is that Luquillo Beach is only minutes away. The area has many food options, a supermarket, and Walmart about 8 minutes out. The home included many amenities and even had beach towels available for use. Having a kitchen to use along with a washer/driver is so helpful. Porfirio is proactive, friendly, and welcoming. The dogs next door do bark occasionally; However, it did not interfere with my trip one bit. I would 100% stay again!

September 2025I will be coming back! Our experience from check-in to check out was the best. The location is very convenient. Close to Luquillo beach, restaurants, pharmacies etc. This house is very spacious and the photos don’t do enough justice! Every room had a strong AC unit, comfortable bed, and spacious closets. The living room/kitchen/dining room were all very clean, spotless and spacious. The driveway + free street parking is a PLUS if guests with multiple cars plan on staying here.

The only thing I want to add that I haven’t seen mentioned in any other reviews is that the neighbor has dogs which they seem to keep out in the driveway all day long and they will bark at you anytime you are in the front or backyard. We were also woken up in the morning by the barking. Other than that we had a great stay and the house was as represented online.

June 2025We had the most delightful stay at Porfirio's home! We came for a long weekend for a friends 50th birthday and we were thoroughly impressed by our accommodations. The house is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the ocean. clean, smelled amazing, and very welcoming. We had not one complaint during our stay! Easy directions to locate and easy entrance instructions. There were beach towels and boogie boards which are great for the beach. The recommendations listed in the home for local places to eat and or visit were perfect! I would definitely stay here again. Not too far from the airport and San Juan, also close to El Yunque and Luquillo Beach. 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

June 2025Home was immaculate. Beds were super comfy. The ac worked really well. Enough towels for everyone and he provided beach towels as well. The location was great. Mcd Wendy right around the corner for late night snacks. The coffee shop at the corner of the block is a must. Neighborhood was a quiet one very peaceful for sleeping in.

We were two families and this was a perfect place for us to stay and explore the main attractions nearby, like hiking in the El Yunque Rainforest and visit to many local beaches. We tried few local restaurants and the food was great. The highlight of the trip was visiting the Icacos Island, it was the beautiful white sand beaches and clear turquoise water.
