This is definitely a must rent again place! It was extremely clean, pics were on point, the team responded quickly and made you feel comfortable. The areas perfect right on the middle of everything, it's all in walking distance and under 10 minutes from airport. Do not hesitate to rent this place you will not be disappointed.

My partner and I stayed at Porfirio’s for five days, and we loved it! It’s right on the beach, has a giant pool, and outdoor space! All the instructions were accompanied by step-by-step pictures, and were very helpful. We would absolutely come back.

This place was great for me, as I was attending a seminar nearby. The apartment has pretty much everything you need, and it’s clean, the bed was really comfortable and the whole place was really nice. My only small complaint was that I couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, but the air conditioning in both rooms were functional. I only mentioned this because I am not a fan of A/C. Since it is considered winter in PR at this time I didn’t have to use the A/C, so everything worked out fine. Other than that I highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing location, can’t say it enough! If you want to stay just where you are and experience amazing nightlife restaurants and of course the white sand beach right outside the building then you’re in for the right stay. Apartment was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again.

the space was super cute! my only real problems were that there are 2 ac units in the apartment and if you leave them on for too long they will flood the floor with water ? so all of our stuff got soaked and we used all of our towels on that and bought new ones to shower lol, the location was really nice and food around was pretty good!

Place was exactly how tit was explain nice and clean and close to everything , the host was very responsive, toilet got clogged and we was able to get a professional to come I thought I was going to have to come out pocket but the owner was nice enough to pay for it . Would definitely book again ..the pool and beach access was my favorite

Great host, beautiful apartment and perfect location. It’s right on the beach and felt very secure. There’s restaurants, car rentals, and even a luggage holding service nearby. Ubers were also super cheap from the apartment.

Amazing apartment. The location alone is enough to make me want to stay here again. The convenience of being within walking distance of so many restaurants and so close to the beach cannot be overstated. The place was super clean and modern, you can tell the host takes care of the place.

Great spot and great host. He accommodated our early check in since we had a super early flight. Right on the beach it has private gate access. That alone is better than most other places. Quick walk to pharmacies, food and grocery stores. Pool was huge and clean. The apt had beach chairs, coolers and a noodle which was perfect for having fun at the beach. There are showers to rinse off sand by the pool to clean up after the beach which was nice. The apartment was clean, amazing shower, good kitchen and cool AC. There are 2 TV’s to watch Netflix at night. This is a gated community, but Isla Verde in general is pretty safe. Balcony was fun for breakfast. We would stay again for sure.

This is an excellent location for staying in San Juan around the best beach and very upscale resorts nearby. The apartment was excellent with easy beach access and amenities like a lovely pool! This is a perfect stay! Highly recommend.

Our stay was incredibly enjoyable. My favorite part of this stay was the location and beach access. The airbnb had beach chairs and outdoor activities like a frisbee which we also appreciated. Would recommend this spot to others!

The Airbnb is perfect for a small group of 3-4 people. The place is small but cute inside. We had no issues with power going out which was great! It is a bit noisy outside the place and the front door allows light from hallway in if you are sleeping on couch. Otherwise, the place is great and very easy to access the beach. Our only issue was having one key fob which allows you to get in and out of the building and onto the beach, so if one of us wanted to go up to the room early it was a challenge. Also, the guy at gate wouldn’t let us in until checkin at 3, but Porfirio was really quick to respond when we tried to get his help! Overall, we would come here again and had a great experience.

Apartment was just as described and big enough for me and my husband. It’s a nice central location, close to the airport, restaurants and in front of the beach. We also liked the fact that it had a parking space. They had beach chairs and coolers if needed. The host would quickly respond to my messages and was very attentive. Would definitely recommend!
