House rules

Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and all electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $100 penalty fee.

Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

Damage: Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs in the event of any damage to the property.

Parking: Please park in the designated parking space.

This place is a beach lovers getaway 5 minutes from the beach and a food truck just around the water; the bathroom sink gets clogged easy and mosquitoes are a thing on this part of the island so bring lots of calendula candles and off products to wear around. Ocean bakery is a 10 minute walk. It is a must for those morning coffee and hot side food bar which is conveniently across the street from the local grocery market. Also looking for a nice dine out La Taberna is the spot which is ten minute drive up Avenida Sol. The only thing missing from this hidden gem is bikes to ride along the coast and explore more beach spots along Vega Baja.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. You can really tell they care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful beach location, local restaurants in walking distance, delicious food at Insanos, and wonderful hospitality!! The beach was easily accessible with many different swimming areas and amazing sunsets!

The place was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Nice size yard and a billards table! Walking distance from the beach and a couple of places to eat and grab a drink. Host was very responsive the couple of times we had questions. I hope to return in the near future!

My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Everything was nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach and a few great restaurants. Everything we needed for the beach was provided for us. Porfriio was beyond great. even when we had a flat and need family to come help. It was a pleasure staying there. I cant wait to go back. thank you again for opening your beautiful home to us

Loved the beach feeling of the house while being fully equipped and 5 mins walk to the local beaches of Marbella and Balneario Puerto Nuevo which is “Bandera Azul”, really chill and family friendly. The beaches were the highlight!!! Clean and very comfortable home with pool table, great AC and very well distributed hanging areas inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool table, grill, and the backyard which has a nice and cozy patio area. The WiFi was very good and it was also equipped with Tesla Batteries which we didn’t need since the power worked well during our stay. Tons of restaurants, and “chinchorros” near by including bakery, market and pharmacy. Definitely coming back soon and will likely bring friends and family since there’s plenty of space and beds for a good number of people.
