The apartment is exactly as described: clean, modern, and incredibly cozy, with thoughtful touches that make it feel welcoming and easy to settle into. Everything was spotless, and the space is perfectly set up for a comfortable stay, whether you’re there to relax or explore. The location is a major plus — centrally located and just minutes from everything you’d want to experience in San Juan, yet still quiet enough to feel peaceful and tucked away. It really offers the best of both worlds. The host was fantastic — communication was seamless, check-in was effortless, and you can tell there’s genuine care behind the experience they provide. March 2026The listing was exactly as advertised! The neighborhood was really safe and beautiful and less than 30 mins to Old San Juan, malls, and attractions. It was so peaceful waking up to the sound of the coqui. Would recommend this listing !

March 2026Amazing gem, great surroundings, very spacious, clean, high roofs, very conscious amenities needed in the place. Strategic located to the surroundings popular areas. 10-20 minutes from the air, depending on the hour and traffic. Very much recommend staying here.

The location seemed to be nearby to everything I looked up/ wanted to visit. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone.

January 2026We had a wonderful time here! The house was beautiful, clean and so peaceful! We loved the open air living room and the sounds of the nature! We rented a car from the link they sent and it was SO easy and well priced. We traveled the whole island! I will definitely stay here again! The bedroom is cool and temperature controlled and dark, so we slept very well! The area was very safe, we walked to the SuperMax many times, even at night and never felt uncomfortable. Our only complaint is that we wish there were more towels plus a washcloth available… so future travelers be sure to pack that for long stays! And do not be afraid of nature, there were many harmless millipedes that you may have to escort back outside lol! Overall, 10/10 would recommend!

In Puerto Rico, power outages happen frequently, so it was a huge convenience and peace of mind that the property is solar powered which made our stay worry-free. The location is fantastic, close to many great restaurants and in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this place! El proceso de check-in fue fácil y se nota que cada detalle de la propiedad está pensado con la comodidad del huésped en mente. En Puerto Rico los apagones son frecuentes, así que fue una gran tranquilidad y conveniencia que la propiedad cuente con energía solar; lo que nos permitió disfrutar sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchos restaurantes buenos y en el medio de todo, lo que facilita explorar el área. ¡Recomendado!
