House rules

Salida: la salida es a, o antes de, las 11: 00 a. m. Asegúrate de apagar las luces, el aire acondicionado y cualquier dispositivo electrónico cuando salgas de la propiedad. Además, cierra las ventanas y las puertas con llave y devuelve las llaves. El huésped deberá pagar por las llaves perdidas o no devueltas.

No invitados adicionales/fiestas en la casa: Los huéspedes aceptan que las instalaciones no serán ocupadas por más personas del número indicado en la reservación. En caso de romper esta regla, se verá obligado a desalojar el inmueble inmediatamente sin derecho a reembolso.

Mascotas: No se admiten mascotas en la propiedad.

No fumar: No se permite fumar dentro de la propiedad. Dejar olor a humo de cigarro y/o cannabis dentro de la propiedad conlleva un cargo de $100 de penalidad.

Ropa de cama/toallas: Las sábanas y las toallas de baño están incluidas en el alojamiento. Las toallas de baño no deben sacarse del alojamiento. Por favor, no comas en la cama y no se siente en la cama ni los muebles con la ropa mojada.

Baño: No tires toallas de papel, tampones ni toallas sanitarias al inodoro. Utiliza el contenedor de basura en su lugar. Destapar el inodoro de emergencia tendrá un cargo adicional.

Daños: El huésped deberá pagar las reparaciones en caso de algún daño a la propiedad.

Parking: Estacione en el espacio de estacionamiento designado.

House Rules

Important: Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property.
Also, lock windows and doors and return keys. Guest will be charged for lost or non-returned keys.

Check-out: On or before 11:00 a.m.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the facilities will not be occupied by more people than
the number indicated on the reservation. In case of breaking this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without any refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
There may be neighbors' pets in the vicinity. Please do not feed them.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the property. Leaving any odor of cigarette, cigar, and/or Cannabis smoke inside the property will result in a $100 penalty charge.

No Incense: Smell of incense is not allowed.

Bed linen/towels: Bed linen and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels should not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Not even “Flushable items”. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet flushing will incur an additional charge.

Damage: Guest must pay for repairs in the event of any damage to the property.

Parking: Park in the designated parking space.

Security: Security cameras located outside for your safety.

Emergency: Call 911

Nos quedamos 2 semanas y nos encantó. El airbnb tiene todo lo que necesitas. La zona esta muy tranquila y se disfruta mucho la naturaleza al rededor. También siempre estuvieron muy al pendiente si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo mucho!

First time in Puerto Rico for the Bad Bunny concert. We were close to everything and food in the area was really good too. Definitely used some of the recommendations they had and were not disappointed. Will definitely come back again!

Great place to stay! This is my go to Airbnb when I travel to Puerto Rico. Always clean, host is responsive, close to everything and I have peace of mind that I will have AC if the power goes off on the island. Will continue to be my go to Airbnb every time I travel to Puerto Rico.

We stayed for only a weekend but we enjoyed it very much! Very clean and safe, and the coqui sounds put us to sleep. The location was prime, close to everything you’d need. Would easily stay here again

Great place to stay. Near a gas station and a few restaurants and not too far from Old San Juan. The decor was very nice. The living/kitchen area can get very hot due to lack of AC but otherwise it was a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in process was incredibly easy, and you can tell that every detail in the home was thought through with the guest’s comfort in mind. In Puerto Rico, power outages happen frequently, so it was a huge convenience and peace of mind that the property is solar powered which made our stay worry-free. The location is fantastic, close to many great restaurants and in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend this place! El proceso de check-in fue fácil y se nota que cada detalle de la propiedad está pensado con la comodidad del huésped en mente. En Puerto Rico los apagones son frecuentes, así que fue una gran tranquilidad y conveniencia que la propiedad cuente con energía solar; lo que nos permitió disfrutar sin preocupaciones. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de muchos restaurantes buenos y en el medio de todo, lo que facilita explorar el área. ¡Recomendado!
