To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review:

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. A $200 fee will apply if violated.

2. Keys & Access
Lost or unreturned keys will incur replacement fees:

4. Guest Limit / No Parties
Only registered guests are allowed. No events or parties. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

5. No Pets
Pets are not permitted.

6. Linen & Furniture Care

Towels are for in-home use only
No eating in bed
Avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothes

7. Plumbing Care
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Use trash bins. Any plumbing damage may result in additional charges.

8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property.

9. Parking
Please park only in designated space #1208.

10. Pool Safety: Guests are responsible for their safety while using the pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty.

11. Balcony Rules:

No hanging clothes or towels on the balcony – violation fee $200
Do not throw objects from the balcony under any circumstances

Compliance: Anyone violating balcony rules may be asked to leave the property immediately.

12. Trash: Do not leave trash outside the door. Use the designated trash bins located next to the service elevator.

Guest access

Guests will access the keys to the apartment using the lockbox. They will have access to the whole apartment, one assigned parking space, and common areas of the building.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the comforts you would want for a stay at the beach. The beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and paddle board game were great! The building itself is a little dated, but everything was clean and gave our family the room we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. The bedrooms were very comfortable l, but the dated windows let in a lot of noise from the street. We would definitely stay again.

Loved, loved, loved this little gem. This place was secure, private and just steps from the beach. Loved the beds and linens, it just felt like you were on a fluffy cloud. The vibe of the place was awesome and let’s not forget get the VIEW! With a sea breeze through the condo, no A/C needed (In February). One block walking to convenience stores, shops, bars, restaurants and fast food if you need something other than Puerto Rican food.(but who would). My husband and I will definitely be renting this property again. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your home.

Great Location! Clean! New clean kitchen ware. Beautiful Pool! Beach is downstairs! 2 Bar & Grills open late with food at 1st floor of building! Lots of beach chairs and towels! Big TVs and comfortable beds! AC worked great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay! The location is excellent—close to great food options, a grocery store, and very convenient to the airport. This ended up being a huge plus, especially since rental car delays are common in Puerto Rico. You could easily Uber here from the airport, and if you’re staying in the city, you really wouldn’t need a car. We rented a car only because we had several excursions planned. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property feels extremely secure with key-fob access. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the individual AC units made it easy to control the temperature.

Breathtaking views. TV in all rooms was a plus! Air conditioner was amazing after the sun, super comfortable bedding. Yaucono coffee and water to welcome us. The apt. looked like an ad from a catalog. The lit up sign with grass backdrop had me doing a photoshoot. Very well supplied .Porfirio was available to to answer all questions and was very accommodating, thank you again! Easily accessible. Walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, casinos, bars and lounges. Quiet at night, fell asleep with the breeze and sound of the ocean. Fully stocked with beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Can't wait to go back! Hoping everyone after me takes care of this apt, as I did.
