House rules

Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.


Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.

Hector made our time in Punta Cana as enjoyable as can be. He was there to meet us and show us around even with our last minute check in change. Response times were immediate and every interaction was friendly and respectful. The space was exactly as advertised and cleaned exceptionally well. We highly recommend !

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y con muy buen tamaño para una familia de cuatro compartiendo habitación. El host, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y planes fue clave en ayudarnos a ubicarnos en nuestras vacaciones. Excelente atención!!! Para nosotros, lo mejor fue el entorno. Las áreas verdes están perfectamente cuidadas, la playa está justo enfrente y la piscina es muy cómoda, especialmente si viajas con niños. Todo el complejo se siente tranquilo, cuidado y bastante exclusivo. Además, estar en Cap Cana permite combinar playa y piscina con restaurantes y diferentes planes en la zona. Nos pareció una excelente alternativa para disfrutar de Punta Cana de una forma más independiente, especialmente si buscas algo diferente al típico hotel all inclusive. Sin duda, una opción que recomendaríamos para familias y para quienes busquen tranquilidad, comodidad y un entorno espectacular.

Great place and location. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the AC in the bedroom was not working properly. Didn’t drop under 78 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s too warm for me. Ac in living room was cooler so we needed to sleep with door open. Sheets were also musty smelling on one of the beds due to humidity in that room. Other than that it was a great location and great price.

Amazing stay! The apartment was perfect, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent and everything was truly on point. The host was also wonderful, very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hector was amazing! He was helpful and very knowledgeable. He treated us like family and having him close by made us feel right at home. The unit was beautiful and the complex is gorgeous. Great for trips with or without children.
