House rules

1. Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

2. No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

5. Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, feminine products, etc. down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

7. Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

8. Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.

Guest access

Guests will access the keys to the apartment using the lockbox. They will have access to the whole apartment, one assigned parking space, pool and common areas of the complex.

Beautiful location with an amazing view from the balcony. We watched the manatees migrate in and out of the marina daily. A couple of good restaurants close by

Sooooooo beautiful! I would definitely stay here again! Great view from the balcony, comfy beds, cute kitchen! The place has everything you need and it’s close to beaches and nice restaurants. It’s decorated beautifully and modern. Both rooms have AC and there’s AC in the living room as well. My kids enjoyed using the pool. They have a laundry room on the building that was easy to use and nice to have available. The parking there is super comfortable and convenient. I recommend this place 100%, you won’t regret it.

The condo was in beautiful condition. It looks to be an investment property rather than someone's home where they live part-time. This gave us the feeling that it was a blank slate, just for us! It was very clean and had what we needed without being too cluttered. The only small issue was that the microwave did not work and we were not told about this ahead of time. I am not deducting any stars though; it did not make our stay any worse. We heated food on the stove instead. The view was great and the location was decent. There's not much to walk to other than the marina, but there were a few shopping centers in under a 10 minute drive. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Puerto Rico.
