The space

This villa is thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort in a warm and inviting setting.

As you enter, you’ll find a spacious king-size bed that ensures a restful stay, along with a full bathroom that blends style and functionality. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare your favorite meals, making every moment feel like home.

The living area is tastefully decorated and features a “Hey Google” smart speaker, allowing you to set the perfect ambiance with music or information—creating a relaxing yet modern atmosphere. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals while surrounded by the peaceful environment.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

Parking & Access
• Parking is located right next to the villa. Please open the gate and park in reverse when possible.

General Guidelines
• Please keep all doors closed at all times.
• TV and A/C remotes should remain in the bed area.
• Used towels should be left on the bathroom floor.
Cleanliness
• Please wash any used kitchen utensils and leave the kitchen clean.
• Take out the trash and place it outside near the parking area.

Kitchen & Equipment
• Ice machine: turn it on and fill the bottom compartment with water up to the maximum level.
• BBQ: cover the grill with aluminum foil before use (located below). After use, remove and dispose of it properly.

Entertainment & Amenities
• Board games are located in the trunk in front of the bed. Please return them complete after use.
• “Hey Google” speaker: activate by saying “Hey Google” and request music, weather, time, or alarms.
• A wireless speaker for outdoor use is available in the closet—please return it to its box after use.

Additional Items
• Closet includes ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and an extra blanket.
• Bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Outdoor & Pool Area
• Do not enter the villa while wet from the pool (floors can be slippery).
• Be careful when using the terrace stairs.
• Pool light switch is located behind the swing, to the right of the pool door.
• Pool veil/light operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Pets (If Applicable)
• Please clean up after your pet in the yard and dispose of waste properly.
• If a pet was not added to the reservation, a $50 fee will apply—please add pets when booking.

Important Rules
• Only registered guests are allowed. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Any damages (glass, utensils, or property items) may incur charges starting at $50 depending on severity.

Guest access

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property, including the pool, terrace, BBQ area, and private parking.

Interaction with guests

We communicate with guests through the booking platform messaging system, ensuring quick and reliable support. Our team is available before and during your stay to assist with any questions, recommendations, or needs.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. Is gorgeous, relaxing, beautiful surroundings. If you want a space that remind you of a cabin and you are looking to a relaxing time this is the place. When you arrived, the owners left a wine and charcuterie for you to enjoy. Beautiful view of the vast mountains and even a view of the ocean off in the distance. It is so fun to sit out on the deck or in the pool all afternoon and evening and look out at the view. It truly never got old just sitting out there watching. The pool is a PERFECT temperature. I’ve driven in PR many times, but this was definitely a bit of a challenging drive (to be expected in the mountains) so just be prepared for that. Overall an AMAZING place to relax and disconnect from the world!

The photos on here don’t even do the property justice. What a stunning view. We basically spent our entire stay staring out at the mountains and up at the stars. All the basics are provided. They even had a lovely charcuterie spread with wine laid out for us when we arrived. Only thing I would warn is that the drive up the mountain is not easy. I personally wouldn’t risk it at night. Come prepared with snacks and supplies if you don’t want to venture back to town. The closest full service supermarkets are at least 20-30 minutes away and many businesses/restaurants in the area are closed on weekdays. Truly one of our favorite getaways we’ve ever booked. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
