House rules

1. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when you leave the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

2. No extra guests/parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated in the reservation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

4. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving cigarette and/or cannabis smoke odor inside the property will incur a $100 penalty fee.

5. Linens/Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels should not be removed from the property. Please do not eat in bed or sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothing.

6. Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Please use the trash can instead. A charge will apply for emergency toilet unclogging.

7. Damages: Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairs for any damage to the property.

8. Parking: Please park in the designated parking space #1208.

9. Swimming Pool: Guests are responsible for their own safety at the pool as there is no lifeguard on duty.

10. Hanging clothes or towels on the balcony is not permitted in this apartment. The fine for hanging clothes is $200. Throwing objects from the balcony is strictly prohibited.

11. Anyone throwing objects from the balcony or hanging clothes or towels will be required to vacate the apartment immediately. Leaving trash in front of the door is not permitted.

Guest access

Guests will access the keys to the apartment using the lockbox. They will have access to the whole apartment, parking space, and common areas of the building.
