La Casona Mountain Villa is an exclusive open-air, mountain top private eco-luxury villa. Ideally located in the heart of the island, 3.5 acres in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. This villa offers stimulating recreation by combining indoor/outdoor spaces, seamlessly together giving you the true enjoyment of nature.

The space

Our Villa is strategically located so that you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and at the same time the Atlantic Ocean.

Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with full private bathrooms, a spacious indoor living/dining room, remote work area, outdoor terraces and an intimate infinity pool with heater, it is perfect for entertaining family and friends during all year.

In case you need to accomodate more then 6 people ( our maximun permitted per reservation ), we can offer you for an extra fee, La Casona Loft, an adittional space located in front of our pool area, one private bedroom with attached bathroom, and open space concept loft with two queen beds and one full bathroom. Kitchenette and living room area for your convenience.

The neighbourhood

Quiet and very accessible neighborhood, near PR 152, which is the main street, will offer you the peace and serenity you are looking for near the city and at the same time secluded to enjoy the wonderful views of La Casona.

House rules

-The water fountain in the roundabout may be ON for a
maximum of 4 consecutive hours, no more than that.
-Do not throw toilet paper or any object down the
toilet, it could clog the pipes. Failure to follow this rule
can damage sanitary pipes. Repair costs will be
charged to the guest's reservation.
-No pets allowed.
-Do not smoke or vape, inside or outside the home.
-Glass cups of any type are not permitted around the
pool area.
-Municipal Order does not allow loud noises, parties,
music, after 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 am
-All doors and windows must be closed at all times.
-When leaving the house, the air conditioning and
lights should be off.
-Before checking out, please throw trash into the
blue containers placed next to the main door.
-Make sure you collect all your belongings, we are not
responsible for items left at La Casona.

Other things to note

Entire Villa for your convenience and privacy, not shared with other guests.
For any event such as weddings, birthdays or business meetings, we recommend hiring a local event coordinator. Rate per event varies, you must contact us to evaluate the activity and additional costs that will be charged. For more details you can contact us through our social media pages.

You can self-check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m.

There is no Uber or Taxi service in the area.
Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are not within walking distance. We highly suggest renting a vehicle to discover all the great places PR has to offer.

If the guest does not wish to rent a vehicle, we have several means of private transportation; Names and phone numbers will be provided as requested.

Mi evaluación para Gilberto es un 10 de 10. La casa fue exactamente lo que estaba buscando para el grupo de mujeres que llevé. Cada habitación cuenta con su propio baño y camas tamaño king, lo que permitió que dos personas durmieran cómodamente en cada una. La casa es fresca, acogedora y muy bien distribuida. El área de la piscina es simplemente espectacular, con una vista a las montañas y unos atardeceres que le quitan el aliento a cualquiera. Sin duda, ese espacio se convierte en el corazón de la propiedad. Los muebles son cómodos y hasta fáciles de mover, lo que nos permitió adaptar los espacios para nuestras clases de salsa y las diferentes actividades que teníamos planificadas. Cada rincón de la casa fue perfecto para desarrollar una experiencia distinta. Definitivamente es una propiedad ideal para grupos, retiros y actividades dirigidas. La recomiendo con toda confianza. ¡Una experiencia excelente!

Spectacular mountain villa, spotless, beautiful, relaxing, prepared for power and water outages. Expect rapid and proactive response from the host, Gilberto. This was everything and more that I was looking for, amazing stay.
